the_o frontier_n and_o the_o isle_n of_o ely_n be_v supply_v with_o fit_a force_n to_o resist_v all_o sudden_a surprise_v or_o invasion_n &_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n send_v out_o scout_n to_o discover_v how_o and_o in_o what_o manner_n any_o enemy_n approach_v near_o to_o the_o frontier_n that_o thereby_o they_o may_v have_v and_o give_v timely_a notice_n of_o any_o approach_a
