peace_n in_o every_o shire_n city_n or_o town_n who_o have_v hereby_o power_n and_o authority_n to_o inquire_v of_o hear_v and_o determine_v the_o same_o by_o confession_n or_o verdict_n be_v find_v guilty_a of_o any_o the_o offence_n aforesaid_a the_o ten_o time_n shall_v beside_o incur_v the_o forfeiture_n by_o this_o act_n impose_v on_o such_o person_n for_o such_o second_o offence_n be_v adjudge_v a_o common_a swearer_n or_o curser_n and_o be_v bind_v with_o surety_n to_o the_o good_a behaviour_n during_o three_o year_n and_o that_o for_o every_o like_a offence_n afterwards_o upon_o the_o like_a conviction_n every_o such_o offender_n shall_v incur_v the_o like_a forfeiture_n and_o give_v the_o like_a security_n as_o for_o the_o ten_o offence_n and_o that_o if_o any_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v so_o bind_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v at_o any_o time_n afteward_o while_o he_o stand_v so_o bind_v be_v convict_v in_o manner_n aforesaid_a of_o the_o like_a offence_n the_o same_o shall_v be_v adjudge_v and_o take_v to_o be_v and_o the_o same_o be_v hereby_o adjudge_v and_o declare_v to_o be_v a_o breach_n of_o the_o good_a behaviour_n by_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o every_o woman_n whether_o she_o be_v wife_n widow_n or_o single_a woman_n that_o shall_v commit_v any_o of_o the_o offence_n aforesaid_a in_o the_o presence_n of_o any_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o head-officer_n aforesaid_a or_o shall_v be_v of_o such_o offence_n convict_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n incur_v the_o like_a forfeiture_n penalty_n and_o judgement_n as_o if_o the_o same_o offence_n have_v be_v commit_v by_o the_o husband_n of_o such_o wife_n or_o widow_n or_o by_o city_n town_n borough_n and_o other_o public_a and_o usual_a place_n within_o their_o respective_a liberty_n upon_o the_o market-day_n next_o after_o the_o receipt_n thereof_o and_o cause_v the_o
