trial_n they_o do_v not_o hear_v all_o the_o paper_n read_v and_o sure_o goodenough_n can_v no_o way_n fortify_v rumsey_n evidence_n be_v clear_o of_o another_o matter_n and_o that_o so_o very_o uncertain_a that_o no_o heed_n ought_v to_o have_v be_v give_v to_o it_o when_o goodenough_n tell_v mr._n cornish_n something_a ought_v to_o be_v do_v in_o the_o city_n but_o in_o the_o first_o house_n the_o night_n the_o declaration_n be_v read_v and_o have_v contradict_v mr._n cornish_n be_v it_o a_o necessary_a consequence_n that_o he_o hear_v the_o declaration_n read_v and_o promise_v his_o assistance_n to_o it_o which_o must_v be_v the_o inference_n if_o it_o must_v support_v rumsey_n evidence_n if_o it_o be_v not_o a_o necessary_a consequent_a but_o a_o probable_a one_o that_o ought_v not_o to_o weigh_v with_o a_o jury_n to_o
