they_o have_v power_n respective_o of_o accept_v or_o refuse_v this_o be_v a_o easy_a answer_n indeed_o and_o very_o true_a for_o either_o estate_n in_o parliament_n may_v propose_v to_o the_o other_o conceive_v they_o which_o make_v the_o objection_n mean_v much_o more_o as_o namely_o that_o by_o this_o bill_n there_o be_v a_o aim_n in_o the_o commons_o to_o weaken_v the_o lord_n house_n and_o by_o make_v their_o vote_n few_o to_o be_v the_o better_a able_a to_o work_v they_o to_o their_o own_o end_n in_o future_a business_n so_o the_o argument_n be_v of_o equal_a if_o not_o great_a strength_n against_o the_o lord_n yield_v to_o the_o bill_n to_o the_o jufringement_n of_o their_o own_o strength_n than_o to_o the_o commons_o propose_v it_o and_o there_o be_v no_o doubt_n but_o
