and_o dispensation_n to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n for_o the_o sell_v and_o utter_v wine_n by_o retail_n in_o any_o city_n or_o town_n or_o other_o place_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v have_v the_o full_a and_o sole_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o treat_v and_o contract_n for_o give_v licenses_fw-la to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n for_o the_o sell_v and_o utter_v wine_n by_o retail_n in_o any_o city_n town_n or_o other_o place_n as_o aforesaid_a any_o law_n statute_n grant_v usage_n or_o custom_n to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o in_o as_o full_a and_o ample_a manner_n as_o the_o king_n agent_n or_o commissioner_n may_v do_v by_o virtue_n of_o the_o say_v recite_v act._n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o such_o person_n or_o or_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o the_o say_v james_n duke_n of_o york_n or_o the_o heir_n male_n of_o his_o body_n beget_v or_o to_o be_v beget_v under_o his_o or_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n for_o grant_v licence_n for_o selling_n and_o utter_v wine_n by_o retail_n be_v hereby_o enable_v under_o such_o seal_n as_o the_o say_a duke_n or_o the_o heir_n male_n of_o his_o body_n beget_v or_o to_o be_v beget_v shall_v appoint_v to_o grant_v licenses_fw-la for_o the_o sell_v and_o utter_v wine_n by_o retail_n to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n or_o for_o any_o time_n or_o time_n not_o exceed_a one_o and_o twenty_o year_n if_o such_o person_n shall_v so_o long_o live_v and_o for_o such_o yearly_o rent_n and_o under_o such_o condition_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a so_o as_o no_o fine_a be_v take_v for_o the_o same_o but_o that_o the_o rent_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n so_o agree_v for_o and_o reserve_v shall_v be_v due_o pay_v at_o the_o time_n and_o place_n agree_v for_o the_o payment_n thereof_o for_o which_o rent_n so_o reserve_v in_o case_n the_o same_o shall_v not_o be_v pay_v the_o say_a duke_n and_o the_o heir_n male_n of_o his_o body_n beget_v or_o to_o be_v beget_v shall_v and_o may_v have_v power_n by_o this_o act_n to_o sue_v for_o the_o same_o by_o bill_n plaint_n or_o action_n of_o debt_n in_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o record_n at_o westminster_n or_o elsewhere_o in_o his_o own_o name_n or_o to_o sue_v for_o the_o same_o in_o his_o majesty_n name_n in_o the_o court_n of_o the_o exchequer_n at_o the_o election_n of_o the_o say_a duke_n and_o the_o heir_n male_n of_o his_o body_n beget_v or_o to_o be_v beget_v and_o that_o the_o discharge_n of_o the_o say_v james_n duke_n of_o york_n and_o of_o the_o heir_n male_n of_o his_o body_n beget_v or_o to_o be_v beget_v or_o of_o his_o or_o their_o receiver_n general_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v be_v a_o full_a and_o effectual_a discharge_n to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n for_o all_o such_o money_n as_o have_v or_o shall_v be_v receive_v by_o virtue_n of_o the_o act_n for_o wine-licenses_a provide_v always_o that_o the_o king_n majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n shall_v not_o during_o the_o continuance_n of_o the_o say_a estate_n tail_n by_o himself_o or_o agent_n grant_v any_o commission_n or_o commission_n licence_n or_o licenses_fw-la for_o the_o sell_v or_o utter_v of_o any_o wine_n by_o retail_n and_o also_o provide_v that_o nothing_o in_o this_o act_n contain_v shall_v make_v void_a any_o contract_n lease_n or_o agréement_n that_o have_v be_v make_v by_o his_o majesty_n agent_n for_o grant_v licenses_fw-la for_o selling_n and_o utter_v wine_n by_o retail_n in_o pursuance_n of_o the_o say_a act_n but_o the_o same_o contract_n lease_n and_o agréement_n shall_v remain_v in_o such_o force_n as_o they_o be_v before_o the_o make_n of_o this_o act_n and_o that_o the_o rent_n thereupon_o reserve_v and_o all_o arrear_n thereof_o shall_v be_v pay_v unto_o the_o say_a duke_n and_o to_o the_o heir_n male_n of_o his_o body_n beget_v or_o to_o be_v beget_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o the_o yearly_a rent_n letter-office_n rent_n and_o profit_n arise_v by_o the_o letter-office_n sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n revenue_n issue_n and_o profit_n whatsoever_o that_o shall_v grow_v due_a accrue_v or_o be_v payable_a unto_o his_o majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n for_o or_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o say_v general_a letter-office_n or_o post-ffice_a or_o office_n of_o postmaster_n general_n or_o annex_v incident_a or_o belong_v to_o the_o say_a post-office_n or_o general_a letter-office_n or_o office_n of_o post-master-general_n or_o issue_v out_o of_o the_o same_o or_o accrue_v or_o grow_v due_a for_o or_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v and_o hereby_o be_v vest_v and_o settle_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n upon_o the_o say_v james_n duke_n of_o york_n and_o the_o heir_n male_n of_o his_o body_n beget_v or_o to_o be_v beget_v with_o full_a and_o sole_a power_n from_o time_n to_o time_n for_o the_o say_a duke_n and_o the_o heir_n male_n of_o his_o body_n beget_v or_o to_o be_v beget_v his_o and_o their_o receivers-general_n to_o receive_v all_o and_o every_o the_o say_a rent_n issue_n and_o profit_n accrue_v for_o or_o issue_v out_o of_o the_o say_a office_n and_o from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o give_v discharge_v for_o the_o money_n so_o receive_v provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a exchequer_n not_o to_o be_v pay_v into_o the_o exchequer_n that_o none_o of_o the_o say_v yearly_a rent_n issue_n and_o profit_n arise_v grow_v due_a accrue_v or_o issue_v out_o of_o the_o say_v general_a letter-office_n or_o post-office_n or_o office_n of_o post-master-general_n shall_v for_o and_o during_o the_o say_a estate_n tail_n be_v pay_v into_o the_o exchequer_n but_o only_o to_o the_o say_a duke_n and_o to_o the_o heir_n male_n of_o his_o body_n beget_v or_o to_o beget_v his_o or_o their_o receiver-general_n for_o the_o time_n be_v and_o also_o that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_a duke_n and_o for_o the_o heir_n male_n of_o his_o body_n beget_v or_o to_o be_v beget_v in_o the_o name_n of_o his_o
