like_o it_o be_v statute_n and_o ordain_v that_o all_o dissolve_a benefice_n within_o this_o kingdom_n in_o whole_a or_o in_o part_n shall_v be_v subject_a in_o payment_n of_o so_o much_o of_o the_o same_o taxation_n pro_fw-la rata_fw-la as_o they_o will_v have_v be_v subject_a to_o pay_v though_o the_o same_o have_v not_o be_v dissolve_v and_o that_o the_o party_n who_o have_v get_v any_o part_n or_o portion_n of_o any_o prelacy_n or_o other_o inferior_a benefice_n dissolve_v and_o new_a security_n make_v unto_o they_o by_o his_o majesty_n of_o that_o part_n and_o portion_n thereof_o so_o dissolve_v shall_v be_v subject_a in_o payment_n of_o the_o taxation_n thereof_o to_o the_o prelate_n or_o other_o benefice_a person_n for_o his_o relief_n of_o the_o same_o taxation_n as_o they_o will_v have_v be_v so_o the_o same_o have_v not_o be_v dissolve_v notwithstanding_o of_o any_o condition_n contain_v in_o the_o infeftment_n and_o security_n make_v by_o his_o majesty_n to_o they_o in_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o and_o far_o the_o say_a estate_n annul_v and_o discharge_v all_o privilege_n and_o immunity_n whatsoever_o whereby_o any_o person_n may_v think_v themselves_o free_a of_o payment_n of_o this_o present_a taxation_n the_o privilege_n grant_v to_o the_o ordinary_a lord_n and_o senator_n of_o the_o college_n of_o justice_n and_o the_o taxation_n of_o the_o benefice_n give_v dispone_v and_o mortify_v for_o entertainment_n of_o the_o university_n college_n and_o hospital_n within_o this_o kingdom_n only_o except_v attour_z our_o say_a sovereign_a lord_n and_o estate_n foresay_a have_v give_v and_o grant_v and_o by_o these_o present_n give_v and_o grant_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o the_o say_a lord_n of_o session_n to_o nominate_v appoint_v and_o elect_v their_o own_o collector_n one_o or_o more_o as_o they_o shall_v think_v most_o expedient_a for_o uplift_n of_o the_o foresay_a taxation_n to_o the_o effect_n foresay_a which_o sum_n of_o session_n present_a and_o to_o come_v to_o the_o effect_n that_o the_o yearly_a profit_n and_o annual_a of_o the_o say_a land_n or_o money_n as_o the_o same_o shall_v happen_v to_o be_v employ_v may_v be_v receive_v by_o they_o and_o their_o successor_n in_o their_o say_a office_n yearly_a and_o terme_o after_o the_o term_n of_o payment_n of_o the_o same_o and_o apply_v to_o their_o behoove_v in_o manner_n and_o conform_v to_o the_o consuetude_n of_o the_o division_n of_o the_o yearly_a duty_n present_o allow_v and_o receive_v by_o they_o and_o that_o by_o and_o attour_o the_o present_a use_n and_o effect_v above-specified_v and_o ordain_v the_o particular_a form_n and_o manner_n of_o uplift_v and_o in-gathering_n of_o the_o say_a taxation_n and_o relief_n of_o the_o prelate_n lord_n
