discern_v the_o truth_n of_o what_o i_o have_v here_o assert_v by_o inspect_v such_o place_n of_o holy_a scripture_n as_o relate_v to_o this_o sacrament_n into_o the_o number_n of_o which_o they_o will_v not_o allow_v the_o six_o chapter_n of_o st._n john_n gospel_n to_o be_v admit_v have_v therefore_o thus_o explain_v those_o place_n of_o holy_a scripture_n which_o relate_v to_o the_o bless_a sacrament_n as_o also_o those_o other_o form_n of_o speak_v both_o of_o divine_a and_o human_a authority_n which_o the_o author_n be_v please_v to_o compare_v with_o the_o word_n of_o our_o lord_n institution_n and_o show_v upon_o compare_v they_o together_o that_o they_o will_v not_o at_o all_o fit_a his_o purpose_n but_o prove_v the_o quite_o contrary_a to_o what_o he_o will_v have_v they_o to_o do_v i_o shall_v now_o sum_v up_o such_o of_o the_o reason_n and_o argument_n for_o the_o understanding_n the_o word_n in_o which_o our_o saviour_n institute_v this_o bless_a sacrament_n in_o a_o proper_a sense_n as_o the_o catholic_a church_n expound_v they_o as_o be_v plain_o deduce_v from_o the_o nature_n and_o end_n of_o this_o holy_a institution_n and_o the_o manner_n of_o express_v it_o
