consecrate_v and_o where-at_a and_o wherefrom_a they_o be_v distribute_v and_o give_v for_o if_o thereby_o the_o material_a be_v only_o and_o chief_o understand_v it_o may_v seem_v that_o there_o be_v little_a or_o no_o difference_n betwixt_o it_o and_o a_o common_a table_n and_o that_o the_o gesture_n and_o manner_n that_o be_v proper_a for_o the_o one_o may_v well_o agree_v and_o be_v use_v at_o the_o other_o in_o the_o 10._o chap._n and_o 1._o epist._n of_o the_o corinth_n vers_fw-la 21._o mention_n be_v make_v of_o the_o lord_n table_n in_o these_o word_n you_o can_v drink_v the_o cup_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o of_o devil_n you_o can_v be_v partaker_n of_o the_o table_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o of_o the_o table_n of_o devil_n as_o the_o table_n of_o the_o lord_n be_v take_v in_o this_o gesture_n and_o sit_v of_o body_n that_o man_n use_v when_o they_o eat_v and_o drink_v eat_v and_o drink_v be_v natural_a action_n in_o stead_n whereof_o no_o other_o action_n can_v be_v use_v in_o receive_v meat_n and_o drink_v but_o the_o gesture_n be_v moral_a and_o voluntary_a and_o changeable_a according_a to_o the_o custom_n of_o time_n place_n and_o person_n and_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o action_n wherein_o it_o be_v use_v and_o therefore_o although_o we_o eat_v and_o drink_v external_o at_o this_o table_n as_o we_o do_v at_o other_o table_n because_o we_o can_v eat_v and_o drink_v no_o other_o way_n it_o will_v not_o follow_v that_o we_o shall_v use_v no_o other_o gesture_n then_o that_o which_o we_o use_v at_o other_o table_n if_o the_o nature_n and_o quality_n of_o this_o table_n require_v another_o gesture_n then_o that_o which_o be_v common_a see_v the_o gesture_n be_v voluntary_a and_o may_v and_o shall_v be_v alter_v as_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o action_n require_v next_o i_o answer_v that_o although_o the_o bread_n and_o wine_n be_v material_o the_o same_o with_o common_a bread_n and_o wine_n yet_o after_o the_o consecration_n they_o be_v no_o more_o formal_o the_o
lord_n inheritance_n but_o in_o humility_n serve_v one_o another_o and_o feed_v the_o flock_n commit_v to_o their_o charge_n this_o last_o reason_n will_v neither_o teach_v they_o nor_o we_o to_o match_v ourselves_o with_o our_o lord_n &_o master_n but_o to_o submit_v ourselves_o to_o our_o equal_n the_o first_o show_v that_o as_o in_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o part_n of_o his_o ministry_n so_o in_o the_o institution_n of_o this_o sacrament_n although_o he_o be_v the_o lord_n and_o giver_n of_o the_o inward_a and_o spiritual_a grace_n yet_o he_o do_v carry_v himself_o as_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o external_a element_n which_o person_n now_o the_o pastor_n sustain_v and_o he_o exalt_v at_o the_o right_a hand_n of_o the_o father_n have_v declare_v himself_o to_o have_v lay_v down_o the_o person_n of_o a_o servant_n and_o to_o be_v no_o more_o a_o external_a minister_n but_o the_o lord_n and_o giver_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o inward_a grace_n by_o send_v down_o the_o holy_a ghost_n from_o heaven_n upon_o the_o apostle_n he_o then_o who_o now_o will_v sit_v with_o he_o as_o his_o fellow_n must_v either_o bring_v he_o down_o from_o heaven_n and_o abase_v he_o again_o in_o donation_n and_o application_n thereof_o to_o the_o people_n take_v break_v give_v and_o say_v this_o be_v my_o body_n this_o be_v my_o blood_n and_o by_o the_o people_n when_o they_o take_v eat_v and_o drink_v in_o do_v whereof_o they_o expose_v in_o open_a view_n to_o the_o eye_n of_o the_o world_n the_o passion_n and_o death_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n and_o the_o benefit_n that_o thereby_o they_o acknowledge_v themselves_o to_o receive_v and_o so_o do_v public_o and_o solemn_o remember_v his_o goodness_n and_o grace_n to_o his_o praise_n and_o glory_n and_o testify_v that_o their_o
