and_o commons_o that_o for_o the_o supply_n thereof_o the_o say_a sir_n william_n brereton_n together_o with_o such_o deputy_n lieutenant_n and_o committee_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o name_n and_o appoint_v such_o commissioner_n treasurer_n collector_n and_o other_o officer_n within_o the_o say_a county_n of_o chester_n and_o county_n and_o city_n
