manner_n nominate_v and_o choose_v twelve_o more_o landgrave_n and_o twenty_o four_o cassique_n for_o the_o twelve_o next_o county_n to_o be_v plant_v that_o be_v to_o say_v two_o three_o of_o each_o number_n by_o the_o single_a nomination_n of_o each_o proprietor_n for_o himself_o and_o the_o remain_a one_o three_o by_o the_o joint_a election_n of_o the_o palatine_n court_n and_o so_o proceed_v in_o the_o same_o manner_n till_o the_o whole_a province_n of_o carolina_n be_v set_v out_o and_o plant_v according_a to_o the_o proportion_n in_o these_o fundamental_a constitution_n §_o 11._o any_o landgrave_n or_o cassique_a at_o any_o time_n before_o the_o year_n one_o thousand_o seven_o hundred_o and_o one_o shall_v have_v power_n to_o alienate_v sell_v or_o make_v over_o to_o any_o other_o the_o last_o remain_v vacant_a place_n in_o any_o college_n shall_v be_v fill_v up_o by_o the_o same_o choice_n and_o out_o of_o the_o same_o degree_n of_o person_n the_o assistant_n be_v of_o who_o be_v dead_a or_o remove_v no_o place_n shall_v be_v vacant_a in_o any_o proprietors_n court_n above_o six_o month_n no_o place_n shall_v be_v vacant_a in_o any_o college_n long_o than_o the_o next_o session_n of_o parliament_n §_o 31._o no_o man_n be_v a_o member_n of_o the_o grand_a council_n or_o of_o any_o of_o the_o seven_o college_n shall_v be_v turn_v out_o but_o for_o misdemeanour_n of_o which_o the_o grand_a council_n shall_v be_v judge_n and_o the_o vacancy_n of_o the_o person_n so_o put_v out_o shall_v be_v fill_v not_o by_o the_o election_n of_o the_o grand_a council_n but_o by_o the_o proprieter_n dispose_v and_o to_o nominate_v and_o appoint_v port-town_n and_o also_o shall_v have_v power_n by_o their_o order_n to_o the_o treasurer_n to_o dispose_v of_o all_o public_a
