sit_v down_o and_o die_v if_o there_o be_v not_o a_o saviour_n to_o heal_v our_o nature_n and_o convert_v our_o soul_n neither_o can_v faith_n be_v without_o repentance_n for_o unless_o there_o be_v a_o confession_n of_o past_a sin_n with_o a_o resolution_n of_o future_a obedience_n we_o continue_v in_o our_o obstinacy_n and_o stubbornness_n and_o so_o we_o be_v uncapable_a of_o mercy_n our_o case_n be_v not_o compassionable_a in_o short_a repentance_n without_o faith_n will_v degenerate_v into_o the_o horror_n of_o the_o damn_a and_o our_o sorrow_n for_o sin_n will_v be_v torment_v with_o any_o confidence_n or_o hope_n of_o mercy_n if_o he_o do_v not_o believe_v the_o value_n of_o his_o merit_n and_o sacrifice_n herein_o these_o thing_n differ_v repentance_n towards_o god_n and_o faith_n in_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n the_o one_o respect_n the_o end_n god_n the_o other_o the_o mean_n christ._n repentance_n more_o especial_o respect_v our_o duty_n faith_n our_o
