publish_v the_o truth_n of_o god_n unto_o the_o people_n of_o this_o my_o generation_n and_o country_n and_o as_o to_o their_o receive_n of_o they_o one_o principal_a consideration_n which_o first_o bring_v i_o acquaint_v with_o the_o way_n of_o god_n be_v concern_v the_o vanity_n of_o all_o thing_n of_o this_o world_n and_o there_o be_v a_o desire_n in_o i_o if_o i_o may_v somewhat_o take_v other_o whilst_o each_o one_o be_v handle_v the_o tool_n or_o instrument_n of_o his_o respective_a trade_n or_o employment_n let_v he_o lift_v up_o his_o heart_n unto_o god_n in_o the_o heaven_n and_o have_v the_o desire_n of_o his_o soul_n towards_o he_o that_o he_o may_v please_v and_o find_v acceptance_n with_o he_o and_o then_o all_o along_o he_o will_v in_o his_o labour_n serve_v the_o lord_n by_o my_o voice_n i_o may_v teach_v other_o also_o than_o ten_o thousand_o word_n in_o a_o unknown_a tongue_n in_o like_a manner_n if_o i_o have_v so_o much_o money_n i_o have_v rather_o bestow_v five_o pound_n towards_o the_o publish_v of_o god_n eternal_a truth_n which_o be_v to_o feed_v up_o the_o soul_n unto_o eternal_a life_n than_o ten_o thousand_o pound_n to_o feed_v the_o poor_a that_o be_v to_o feed_v their_o body_n only_o or_o suppose_v i_o have_v wherewithal_o and_o i_o do_v bestow_v five_o pound_n towards_o the_o publish_v of_o god_n eternal_a truth_n and_o also_o i_o do_v indeed_o bestow_v ten_o thousand_o pound_n towards_o feed_v of_o the_o poor_a yet_o i_o shall_v have_v more_o expectation_n of_o a_o better_a reward_n from_o god_n for_o the_o five_o pound_n expend_v that_o way_n than_o from_o the_o ten_o thousand_o pound_n distribute_v the_o other_o way_n because_o of_o the_o so_o much_o more_o excellency_n and_o preciousness_n of_o truth_n which_o be_v for_o the_o save_n of_o the_o soul_n over_o outward_a alm_n which_o be_v only_o for_o feed_v of_o the_o body_n it_o be_v the_o command_n of_o god_n buy_v the_o truth_n and_o sell_v it_o not_o also_o wisdom_n instruction_n and_o understanding_n for_o shall_v not_o people_n lay_v out_o their_o money_n to_o help_v forward_o the_o save_n of_o their_o soul_n as_o the_o truth_n do_v yet_o contrariwise_o people_n do_v day_n after_o day_n buy_v meat_n and_o drink_n to_o feed_v their_o body_n but_o they_o grudge_v and_o will_v not_o lay_v out_o their_o money_n for_o such_o book_n wherein_o be_v contain_v the_o word_n of_o truth_n which_o be_v requisite_a and_o necessary_a to_o feed_v up_o the_o soul_n unto_o eternal_a life_n and_o to_o make_v it_o prepare_v for_o the_o lord_n be_v beside_o that_o enmity_n against_o the_o truth_n which_o be_v a_o root_n of_o bitterness_n spring_v up_o and_o trouble_v they_o and_o thereby_o many_o be_v defile_v heb._n 12._o 15._o because_o all_o but_o the_o word_n of_o our_o god_n shall_v stand_v for_o ever_o then_o shall_v you_o return_v and_o discern_v of_o what_o necessity_n the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o truth_n will_v have_v be_v to_o the_o save_n of_o your_o soul_n much_o more_o than_o you_o can_v now_o discern_v in_o these_o day_n of_o your_o flesh_n and_o you_o will_v then_o be_v more_o sensible_a of_o that_o reproof_n of_o
