estreate_v so_o to_o they_o as_o be_v aforesaid_a delyver_v to_o the_o use_n of_o our_o sovereign_a lady_n the_o queen_n majesty_n and_o her_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o say_a sum_n in_o that_o writing_a or_o estreate_v comprise_v to_o pay_v unto_o the_o high_a collectour_n or_o collector_n of_o that_o place_n for_o the_o collection_n of_o the_o same_o in_o manner_n and_o form_n under_o write_v thereunto_o to_o be_v name_v and_o depute_v and_o the_o same_o inhabitant_n and_o officer_n so_o gather_v the_o same_o particular_a sum_n for_o their_o collection_n thereof_o shall_v retain_v for_o every_o xx.s_n so_o by_o they_o receive_v and_o pay_v two_o penny_n &_o that_o to_o be_v allow_v at_o the_o payment_n of_o their_o collection_n by_o they_o to_o be_v make_v to_o the_o high_a collectour_n or_o collector_n and_o further_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o say_a authority_n that_o the_o say_v commissioner_n or_o the_o more_o part_n of_o they_o as_o shall_v take_v upon_o they_o execution_n and_o business_n of_o the_o say_a commission_n shall_v for_o either_o of_o the_o same_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n name_v such_o sufficient_a and_o able_a parson_n which_o then_o shall_v have_v and_o possede_v land_n and_o other_o hereditamente_n in_o their_o own_o right_a of_o the_o yearly_a value_n of_o xx.li_fw-la or_o good_n to_o the_o value_n of_o two_o hundred_o mark_n at_o the_o least_o and_o the_o parson_n several_o by_o the_o discression_n of_o the_o same_o commissioner_n in_o shire_n ridinge_n lath_n wapentake_n rape_n city_n town_n corporate_a or_o other_o whatsoever_o place_n aswell_o within_o place_n privilege_v as_o without_o not_o be_v foreprise_v within_o this_o act_n to_o be_v high_a collector_n &_o have_v their_o collection_n and_o receipt_n of_o the_o say_a sum_n set_v and_o leviable_a within_o the_o precinct_n limit_n and_o bound_n where_o they_o shall_v be_v so_o limit_v to_o gather_v and_o receive_v to_o every_o of_o the_o which_o collector_n so_o several_o name_v the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o two_o of_o they_o at_o the_o least_o shall_v with_o all_o speed_n &_o without_o delay_n after_o the_o say_v whole_a sum_n of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n be_v set_v by_o all_o the_o limit_n of_o the_o same_o their_o commission_n or_o in_o such_o limit_n as_o the_o high_a collector_n shall_v be_v so_o several_o assign_v shall_v under_o the_o seal_n &_o sign_n manuel_n delyver_v one_o estreate_n indent_v in_o parchment_n to_o every_o of_o the_o say_v high_a collector_n compryse_v in_o it_o the_o name_n of_o all_o such_o parson_n as_o be_v assign_v to_o levy_v the_o say_v particular_a sum_n and_o sum_n of_o every_o hundred_o wapentake_n town_n or_o other_o place_n aforesaid_a with_o the_o name_n and_o surname_n of_o the_o parsone_n so_o chargeable_a accord_v to_o the_o estreate_n so_o first_o thereof_o make_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a and_o delyver_v and_o the_o collector_n so_o to_o be_v assign_v shall_v be_v charge_v to_o answer_v the_o whole_a sum_n comprise_v in_o the_o say_v estreate_v limit_v to_o his_o collection_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_v commissioner_n have_v authority_n by_o this_o act_n to_o name_n and_o nominate_v the_o say_a high_a collector_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n shall_v immediate_o upon_o the_o nomination_n and_o election_n take_v by_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n sufficient_a recognisaunce_n or_o obligation_n without_o any_o fee_n or_o reward_v to_o be_v pay_v therefore_o of_o everye_o parsone_n so_o by_o they_o to_o be_v name_v to_o be_v high_a collectour_n to_o be_v bind_v to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n in_o the_o double_a sum_n of_o the_o sum_n of_o his_o collection_n and_o to_o be_v endorse_v and_o make_v upon_o such_o condition_n that_o be_v to_o say_v for_o the_o collection_n of_o the_o say_v first_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n that_o if_o the_o say_a collectour_n his_o heir_n or_o executour_n do_v truelye_o content_v and_o pay_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n or_o executour_n in_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o say_a exchequer_n before_o the_o say_v first_o day_n of_o june_n next_o come_n so_o much_o of_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o money_n allot_v &_o appoint_v to_o his_o collection_n as_o he_o shall_v collect_v and_o gather_v and_o content_a and_o pay_v the_o residue_n of_o his_o collection_n and_o charge_n within_o one_o month_n next_o after_o such_o time_n as_o he_o have_v gather_v &_o collect_v the_o same_o residue_n that_o then_o the_o say_a recognisaunce_n or_o obligation_n to_o be_v void_a or_o else_o to_o stand_v in_o full_a strength_n &_o virtue_n and_o for_o the_o collection_n of_o the_o second_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n upon_o condition_n that_o if_o the_o say_a collectour_n his_o heir_n or_o executour_n do_v true_o content_v and_o pay_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n or_o successor_n in_o her_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n before_o the_o twenty_o day_n of_o february_n which_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n god_n m.d.lxiii_o so_o much_o of_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o money_n allot_v and_o appoint_v to_o his_o collection_n as_o he_o shall_v collecte_n and_o gather_v and_o content_a and_o pay_v the_o residue_n of_o his_o collection_n and_o charge_n within_o one_o month_n next_o after_o such_o time_n as_o he_o have_v gather_v and_o collect_v the_o same_o residue_n
