no_o lifeless_a or_o spiritless_a worship_n yet_o we_o still_o affirm_v that_o all_o mankind_n ought_v to_o worship_n god_n and_o call_v upon_o he_o even_o all_o the_o wicked_a and_o unrenewed_a person_n as_o well_o as_o the_o renew_a so_o that_o in_o the_o thing_n of_o worship_n itself_o we_o have_v no_o controversy_n whether_o it_o be_v due_a unto_o god_n by_o all_o mankind_n but_o the_o state_n of_o the_o question_n lie_v here_o betwixt_o we_o and_o those_o that_o dissent_v from_o we_o what_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n be_v and_o what_o kind_n or_o sort_n of_o worship_n it_o be_v they_o not_o become_v wise_a than_o their_o teacher_n as_o david_n say_v concern_v himself_o and_o whereby_o do_v david_n become_v wise_a than_o his_o teacher_n be_v it_o by_o the_o humane_a art_n of_o grammar_n and_o logic_n i_o trow_v not_o but_o by_o the_o law_n of_o god_n wherein_o he_o do_v meditate_v both_o day_n and_o night_n may_v not_o therefore_o people_n come_v to_o have_v as_o have_v as_o good_a sense_n and_o can_v both_o speak_v and_o write_v to_o as_o good_a sense_n at_o least_o in_o their_o mother_n tongue_n as_o i._o a._n and_o perhaps_o to_o better_v too_o if_o that_o proverb_n hold_v good_a that_o a_o ounce_n of_o mother-wit_n be_v worth_a a_o pound_n of_o clergy_n and_o do_v we_o not_o common_o learn_v to_o speak_v and_o write_v our_o mother_n tongue_n without_o do_v acknowledge_v so_o much_o as_o the_o least_o absolute_a necessity_n of_o any_o sort_n of_o operation_n or_o illumination_n of_o the_o spirit_n so_o â—uch_o as_o that_o they_o call_v effective_a or_o subjective_a order_n to_o draw_v their_o consequence_n from_o the_o scripture_n but_o if_o this_o way_n of_o draw_v consequence_n without_o the_o help_n of_o the_o holy_a spirit_n be_v so_o safe_a and_o sure_a how_o be_v it_o then_o that_o so_o many_o of_o all_o sort_n draw_v contrary_a consequence_n from_o the_o same_o scripture_n be_v not_o the_o great_a reason_n of_o all_o this_o because_o man_n be_v depart_v from_o that_o holy_a spirit_n which_o give_v forth_o the_o scripture_n and_o can_v only_o give_v the_o true_a understanding_n of_o they_o and_o therefore_o be_v it_o inheritance_n and_o the_o uttermost_a end_n of_o the_o earth_n for_o his_o possession_n and_o do_v not_o christ_n invite_v the_o most_o remote_a and_o desolate_a place_n of_o the_o earth_n to_o come_v
