help_v i_o in_o all_o my_o necessity_n and_o keep_v i_o wary_o from_o all_o peril_n &_o danger_n that_o i_o daily_o be_o like_a to_o fall_v into_o i_o have_v lose_v thou_o and_o also_o myself_o by_o in_o himself_o or_o wilful_o joy_n in_o any_o thing_n beside_o i_o shall_v not_o be_v establish_v in_o perfect_a joy_n nor_o be_v delate_a in_o soul_n but_o he_o be_v let_v &_o anguish_v many_o way_n from_o the_o true_a freedom_n of_o spirit_n thou_o shall_v therefore_o ascribe_v no_o goodness_n to_o thyself_o nor_o thou_o shall_v not_o think_v that_o any_o person_n have_v any_o goodness_n of_o with_o hevenlye_a strength_n so_o that_o the_o old_a enemy_n the_o fiend_n nor_o my_o wretched_a flesh_n which_o be_v not_o yet_o ful_o subject_a to_o the_o spirit_n have_v not_o power_n nor_o lordship_n over_o i_o against_o who_o i_o must_v fight_v continual_o while_o i_o shall_v live_v in_o this_o miserable_a life_n but_o alas_o what_o life_n be_v this_o where_o no_o trouble_n nor_o misery_n want_v where_o also_o every_o place_n be_v full_a of_o snare_n &_o of_o mortal_a enemy_n for_o one_o trouble_n or_o temptation_n goinge_v away_o another_o come_v and_o the_o first_o conflict_n yet_o during_o many_o other_o sudden_o rise_v more_o than_o can_v be_v think_v how_o may_v this_o life_n therefore_o be_v love_v that_o have_v such_o bitterness_n and_o that_o be_v subject_a to_o so_o many_o misery_n and_o how_o may_v it_o be_v call_v a_o life_n that_o bring_v forth_o so_o many_o death_n &_o so_o many_o ghostly_a infection_n and_o yet_o it_o be_v belove_v &_o much_o delight_v of_o in_o many_o person_n the_o world_n be_v oft_o reprove_v that_o it_o be_v deceitful_a and_o vain_a and_o yet_o it_o be_v not_o light_o forsake_v especial_o when_o the_o concupiscence_n of_o the_o flesh_n be_v suffer_v to_o have_v rule_n some_o thing_n stir_v a_o man_n to_o love_v the_o world_n and_o some_o thing_n to_o despise_v it_o the_o concupiscence_n of_o the_o flesh_n the_o concupiscence_n of_o the_o eye_n and_o the_o pride_n of_o the_o hart_n stir_v man_n to_o love_v the_o world_n but_o the_o pain_n and_o misery_n that_o follow_v of_o it_o cause_v hatred_n first_o be_v oft_o deceive_v but_o the_o second_o put_v she_o trust_v whole_o in_o god_n and_o be_v not_o deceive_v how_o we_o shall_v forsake_v ourself_o and_o thrust_v down_o all_o covetise_n out_o or_o unquietnes_n of_o mind_n that_o thou_o feel_v nevertheless_o there_o be_v many_o person_n that_o when_o any_o adversity_n fall_v to_o they_o they_o be_v anon_o unpatient_a and_o be_v make_v in_o heaven_n and_o so_o they_o be_v teach_v not_o to_o presume_v of_o themselves_o but_o meek_o to_o trust_v in_o god_n and_o in_o his_o goodness_n also_o such_o person_n as_o be_v beginner_n and_o yet_o lack_v experience_n in_o ghostly_a travail_n may_v light_o err_v and_o be_v deceive_v unless_o they_o will_v be_v rule_v by_o counsel_n of_o other_o and_o if_o they_o will_v needlye_o follow_v their_o own_o counsel_n and_o will_v in_o no_o wise_n be_v remove_v from_o their_o own_o will_n it_o will_v be_v very_o perilous_a to_o they_o in_o the_o end_n and_o it_o be_v not_o light_o see_v that_o they_o that_o be_v wise_a and_o cunning_a in_o their_o own_o sight_n will_v be_v meek_o rule_v or_o order_v by_o other_o it_o be_v better_a to_o have_v little_a cunning_a with_o meekness_n then_o great_a cunning_a with_o vain_a like_n therein_o and_o it_o be_v better_a to_o have_v little_a cunning_a with_o grace_n than_o much_o cunning_a whereof_o thou_o shall_v be_v proud_a also_o he_o do_v not_o discrete_o that_o in_o time_n of_o devotion_n set_v himself_o also_o to_o spiritual_a mirth_n and_o as_o it_o be_v to_o a_o heavenly_a gladness_n &_o forget_v his_o former_a desolation_n and_o the_o meek_a drede_n of_o god_n neither_o do_v he_o well_o or_o virtuous_o that_o in_o time_n of_o trouble_n or_o any_o manner_n adversity_n or_o grief_n bear_v himself_o over_o much_o desperatlye_o and_o do_v not_o feel_v or_o think_v so_o faithful_o of_o i_o as_o he_o ought_v to_o do_v he_o that_o in_o time_n of_o peace_n and_o ghostly_a comfort_n will_v think_v himself_o overmuche_o sure_o common_o in_o time_n of_o battle_n and_o of_o temptation_n shall_v be_v find_v overmuche_o deject_v &_o fearful_a but_o if_o thou_o can_v always_o abide_v meek_a and_o little_a in_o thy_o own_o sight_n and_o can_v order_v well_o the_o motion_n of_o thy_o own_o soul_n thou_o shall_v not_o so_o soon_o fall_v into_o presumption_n or_o despair_n nor_o so_o light_o offend_v almighty_a god_n wherefore_o this_o be_v good_a and_o wholesome_a counsel_n that_o when_o thou_o haste_v the_o spirit_n of_o fervour_n thou_o think_v how_o thou_o shall_v do_v when_o that_o fervour_n be_v pass_v and_o then_o when_o it_o happen_v so_o with_o thou_o that_o thou_o think_v that_o it_o may_v soon_o come_v again_o which_o to_o my_o honour_n &_o to_o thy_o prove_v i_o have_v withdraw_v for_o a_o time_n and_o it_o be_v more_o profitable_a to_o thou_o that_o thou_o shall_v be_v so_o prove_v then_o that_o thou_o shall_v always_o have_v prosperous_a thing_n after_o thy_o will_n for_o why_o merit_n be_v not_o to_o be_v think_v great_a in_o any_o person_n because_o he_o have_v many_o vision_n or_o many_o ghostlye_o comfort_n or_o for_o that_o he_o have_v clear_a understanding_n of_o scripture_n or_o that_o he_o be_v set_v in_o high_a degree_n but_o if_o he_o be_v stablye_o ground_v in_o meekness_n and_o fulfil_v with_o charity_n and_o seek_v whole_o the_o worship_n of_o
