of_o the_o evil_a demerit_n of_o such_o person_n as_o have_v any_o way_n have_v a_o hand_n therein_o as_o also_o of_o the_o mischievous_a consequence_n that_o offender_n in_o so_o high_a a_o nature_n shall_v go_v unpunished_a yet_o be_v we_o desirous_a to_o use_v all_o possible_a lenity_n towards_o those_o who_o be_v in_o any_o measure_n capable_a thereof_o and_o do_v therefore_o hereby_o former_a insurrection_n in_o that_o county_n or_o who_o have_v take_v upon_o they_o to_o act_n in_o this_o insurrection_n as_o commissioner_n or_o commander_n or_o who_o have_v be_v therein_o notorious_o active_a in_o plundering_n or_o imprisonment_n and_o such_o minister_n as_o have_v be_v active_a in_o this_o insurrection_n and_o as_o for_o such_o other_o person_n who_o only_o through_o ignorance_n or_o weakness_n in_o themselves_o and_o the_o subtlety_n or_o threat_n of_o other_o have_v be_v seduce_v or_o terrify_v into_o some_o mistake_a or_o unwilling_a compliance_n in_o that_o action_n we_o do_v hereby_o warn_v all_o those_o not_o to_o flatter_v themselves_o for_o the_o future_a in_o such_o unworthy_a principal_n so_o prone_a and_o easy_a to_o be_v wrought_v upon_o to_o join_v with_o evil_a doer_n and_o do_v likewise_o hereby_o require_v every_o such_o person_n who_o expect_v the_o favour_n of_o this_o so_o gentle_a a_o warning_n that_o they_o engage_v themselves_o that_o they_o will_v never_o bear_v arm_n against_o the_o two_o house_n of_o parliament_n or_o against_o any_o that_o derive_v authority_n from_o they_o nor_o witting_o do_v any_o thing_n to_o the_o prejudice_n of_o their_o affair_n or_o to_o the_o disturbance_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o that_o county_n upon_o which_o say_v engagement_n enter_v into_o by_o such_o person_n as_o come_v not_o under_o any_o the_o aforesaid_a former_a qualification_n of_o principal_a actor_n or_o who_o have_v be_v take_v by_o the_o lord_n general_n as_o prisoner_n of_o war_n be_v not_o by_o he_o already_o set_v
