rain_n now_o be_v ready_a to_o die_v with_o hunger_n they_o mingle_v their_o bread_n with_o weep_v seek_v to_o relieve_v themselves_o by_o tear_n and_o groan_n and_o cry_v unto_o the_o lord_n hence_o the_o point_n be_v this_o obs_n obs_n that_o godly_a sorrow_n and_o holy_a affliction_n be_v the_o best_a remedy_n in_o any_o sorrow_n and_o affliction_n whether_o it_o be_v from_o man_n from_o satan_n or_o from_o god_n himself_o whether_o it_o be_v in_o body_n estate_n name_n mind_n or_o soul_n of_o a_o man_n whether_o it_o be_v on_o particular_a person_n or_o on_o ourselves_o or_o on_o our_o friend_n or_o those_o that_o be_v about_o we_o or_o on_o the_o whole_a land_n as_o on_o church_n or_o common_a wealth_n this_o be_v the_o most_o sovereign_a remedy_n in_o all_o distress_n and_o extremity_n whatsoever_o this_o inward_a godly_a grief_n be_v a_o salve_n for_o every_o sore_a and_o a_o plaster_n for_o every_o wound_n to_o weep_v and_o cry_v and_o pour_v out_o our_o heart_n own_o family_n as_o loss_n eross_n sickness_n disease_n part_v with_o friend_n discontent_n nay_o there_o be_v many_o thing_n amiss_o in_o our_o own_o heart_n and_o here_o be_v medicine_n for_o every_o one_o of_o our_o malady_n let_v we_o then_o get_v it_o and_o use_v it_o and_o all_o argument_n and_o help_n that_o may_v continue_v and_o increase_v it_o thus_o the_o ninevite_n when_o jonah_n threaten_v destruction_n against_o their_o city_n within_o forty_o day_n they_o humble_v and_o abase_v themselves_o and_o fell_a to_o mourning_n and_o use_v fast_v to_o help_v it_o forward_o and_o
