present_a treaty_n commissioner_n shall_v be_v appoint_v on_o both_o side_n within_o a_o month_n of_o the_o exchange_n of_o the_o ratification_n of_o the_o present_a treaty_n who_o shall_v meet_v at_o such_o place_n as_o shall_v be_v agree_v on_o towards_o flanders_n whither_o also_o the_o account_n concern_v the_o prisoner_n make_v in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o naples_n and_o sicily_n and_o their_o dependence_n in_o the_o state_n of_o milan_n and_o in_o piedmont_n in_o the_o principality_n of_o catalonia_n and_o in_o the_o county_n of_o roustillon_n and_o cerdana_n and_o other_o place_n of_o spain_n beside_o what_o concern_v the_o frontier_n between_o france_n and_o the_o low-countries_n shall_v be_v carry_v and_o the_o say_a account_n be_v state_v by_o they_o both_o for_o their_o expense_n for_o diet_n and_o for_o this_o ransom_n after_o the_o manner_n practise_v upon_o other_o treaty_n of_o that_o nature_n the_o lord_n and_o king_n who_o shall_v be_v find_v debtor_n to_o the_o other_o by_o the_o state_v of_o the_o say_a account_n do_v oblige_v himself_o to_o pay_v ready_a money_n bonâ_fw-la fide_fw-la and_o without_o delay_n unto_o the_o other_o of_o the_o say_a possession_n of_o the_o say_a good_n or_o that_o any_o other_o obstruction_n shall_v arise_v in_o the_o full_a execution_n of_o the_o premise_n it_o have_v be_v conclude_v and_o agree_v that_o the_o say_v lord_n and_o king_n shall_v appoint_v each_o of_o they_o one_o of_o
