whereas_o covetouse_n man_n be_v there_o neither_o land_n or_o good_n no_o not_o god_n holy_a gospel_n can_v do_v so_o much_o good_a as_o covetousness_n do_v harm_n wherefore_o sing_v this_o realm_n by_o covetousness_n be_v soore_a decay_a lest_o it_o shall_v also_o by_o the_o same_o be_v destroy_v away_o with_o your_o covetousness_n all_o you_o y_fw-mi â—_o love_n this_o realm_n or_o if_o you_o will_v not_o do_v it_o for_o love_n of_o the_o realm_n yet_o for_o the_o reverente_a obedience_n which_o you_o owe_v unto_o god_n and_o the_o king_n majesty_n away_o with_o covetousness_n which_o make_v man_n servant_n of_o mammon_n and_o enemy_n unto_o god_n and_o the_o king_n be_v you_o well_o assure_v that_o the_o king_n majesty_n which_o now_o be_v god_n save_o his_o noble_a grace_n dread_v god_n love_v his_o people_n &_o abhor_v covetousness_n which_o in_o this_o realm_n offend_v god_n dishonour_v y_fw-mi â—_o king_n anoy_v the_o people_n therefore_o he_o do_v partly_o now_o perceyve_v and_o consider_v and_o will_v do_v better_o hereafter_o that_o prelate_n with_o plurality_n and_o magistrate_n with_o many_o office_n do_v burden_n he_o and_o his_o people_n with_o pay_v instruct_v by_o the_o preach_n of_o god_n word_n nor_o yet_o well_o order_v by_o the_o mynistration_n of_o justice_n and_o equity_n he_o know_v that_o regratour_n of_o corn_n vyttal_n and_o of_o all_o manner_n of_o ware_n make_v such_o dearthe_n and_o scarcity_n that_o no_o diligence_n of_o good_a merchant_n by_o honest_a byinge_v and_o selling_n can_v provyde_v any_o thing_n to_o be_v either_o good_a cheap_a or_o plentiful_a it_o be_v well_o know_v to_o his_o gracious_a majesty_n or_o at_o the_o least_o unto_o his_o honourable_a council_n that_o leasemunger_n take_v much_o of_o tenaunte_n and_o pay_v little_a unto_o the_o landlord_n have_v both_o their_o lyvynge_n and_o do_v the_o duty_n of_o neither_o for_o to_o their_o own_o pryvate_a luker_n they_o take_v rent_n of_o tenaunte_n and_o ferme_n of_o land_n lord_n but_o when_o by_o occasyon_n they_o shall_v be_v require_v to_o serve_v the_o king_n for_o a_o common_a wealth_n than_o they_o will_v have_v neither_o land_n nor_o
