of_o the_o division_n of_o caister_n session_n be_v summon_v by_o francis_n lord_n willoughby_n of_o parham_n and_o the_o committee_n to_o appear_v at_o caister_n before_o they_o contrary_a to_o your_o majesty_n proclamation_n your_o petitioner_n be_v there_o be_v inform_v against_o by_o one_o francis_n field_n and_o john_n barnard_n for_o read_v your_o majesty_n say_a proclamation_n and_o send_v for_o and_o deliver_v to_o a_o messenger_n and_o disarm_v to_o his_o great_a disgrace_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o his_o own_o soldier_n and_o to_o the_o great_a dishearten_n of_o the_o petitioner_n be_v all_o this_o while_n under_o commitment_n contrary_a to_o law_n which_o be_v offer_v to_o be_v argue_v in_o point_n of_o law_n by_o sir_n gervase_n scroop_n in_o the_o behalf_n of_o your_o petitioner_n it_o be_v answer_v by_o sir_n christopher_n wray_n that_o they_o come_v thither_o neither_o to_o dispute_v the_o law_n nor_o to_o be_v teach_v the_o law_n nor_o do_v value_v the_o law_n but_o must_v observe_v the_o order_n of_o the_o house_n sufficient_a bail_n be_v offer_v be_v utter_o refuse_v your_o petitioner_n be_v still_o under_o commitment_n and_o command_v to_o wait_v command_v i_o to_o give_v this_o his_o answer_n to_o this_o petition_n that_o it_o be_v not_o at_o all_o strange_a to_o he_o that_o those_o person_n who_o have_v venture_v to_o assume_v a_o command_n over_o the_o militia_n a_o right_n of_o his_o never_o before_o separate_v from_o the_o crown_n by_o direction_n from_o those_o who_o pretend_v to_o this_o power_n by_o the_o fundamental_a law_n and_o yet_o vouchsafe_v not_o to_o show_v any_o one_o clause_n of_o any_o one_o statute_n or_o any_o one_o precedent_n of_o any_o time_n which_o may_v seem_v with_o the_o least_o colour_n to_o give_v they_o that_o authority_n though_o he_o have_v often_o press_v they_o to_o it_o and_o as_o little_o vouchsafe_v any_o answer_n to_o the_o statute_n or_o to_o those_o multiply_v and_o perpetual_a precedent_n which_o clear_o and_o palpable_o declare_v that_o authority_n to_o be_v in_o he_o shall_v use_v that_o authority_n with_o as_o much_o injustice_n as_o they_o have_v assume_v it_o and_o not_o only_o term_v his_o legal_a proclamation_n a_o seditious_a pamphlet_n since_o it_o be_v most_o certain_a that_o if_o that_o be_v not_o than_o they_o be_v most_o seditious_a but_o contrary_a to_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n both_o ancient_a and_o modern_a both_o to_o magna_fw-la charta_fw-la and_o to_o the_o petition_n of_o right_n vex_v and_o imprison_v his_o good_a subject_n for_o a_o legal_a obedience_n to_o his_o legal_a command_n or_o a_o legal_a disobedience_n or_o disrespect_n to_o their_o illegal_a order_n and_o action_n since_o he_o often_o before_o foretell_v that_o their_o contempt_n of_o his_o regal_a right_n and_o prerogative_n which_o be_v the_o guard_n of_o his_o subject_n liberty_n will_v in_o short_a time_n encourage_v they_o to_o destroy_v those_o too_o when_o that_o which_o shall_v guard_v they_o be_v our_o destroy_v and_o as_o little_o do_v his_o majesty_n wonder_n that_o the_o insolence_n of_o thus_o violate_v ancient_a and_o know_a law_n shall_v encourage_v they_o to_o that_o of_o use_v word_n proportionable_a to_o their_o action_n and_o profess_v with_o great_a truth_n and_o ingenuity_n that_o they_o value_v not_o the_o law_n his_o majesty_n nevertheless_o not_o follow_v the_o example_n of_o other_o man_n in_o conclude_v any_o thing_n before_o examination_n be_v resolve_v to_o have_v the_o truth_n of_o these_o allegation_n legal_o examine_v and_o if_o as_o be_v very_o probable_a by_o the_o annex_v affidavit_fw-la they_o be_v find_v true_a to_o provide_v by_o all_o legal_a way_n that_o both_o his_o majesty_n and_o the_o
