further_o note_n that_o this_o king_n saul_n or_o a_o king_n or_o the_o government_n by_o king_n will_v not_o only_o deprive_v the_o people_n of_o their_o son_n and_o daughter_n but_o also_o king_n will_v take_v their_o seed_n and_o their_o vineyard_n 1_o sam._n 8.15_o their_o man-servant_n and_o their_o maide-servant_n and_o the_o chief_a of_o your_o young_a man_n and_o your_o ass_n and_o sheep_n and_o you_o shall_v be_v his_o servant_n note_v i_o pray_v you_o that_o this_o people_n have_v great_a liberty_n and_o freedom_n under_o the_o government_n by_o judge_n can_v they_o have_v government_n as_o the_o people_n invent_v in_o imitation_n of_o the_o heathen_n second_o this_o government_n of_o god_n be_v better_a and_o the_o people_n worse_a because_o god_n bless_v his_o own_o direction_n and_o prescription_n it_o be_v to_o be_v note_v that_o of_o all_o the_o judge_n that_o god_n appoint_v immediate_o or_o in_o which_o the_o people_n ask_v counsel_n of_o god_n those_o governor_n god_n bless_v they_o with_o his_o good_a and_o holy_a spirit_n all_o of_o they_o from_o moses_n to_o samuel_n there_o be_v not_o one_o of_o they_o a_o evil_a governor_n that_o i_o can_v find_v and_o they_o all_o prove_v blessing_n to_o the_o people_n but_o those_o governor_n that_o the_o people_n choose_v and_o invent_v themselves_o many_o or_o most_o of_o they_o god_n do_v not_o principal_a concernment_n that_o in_o all_o combination_n or_o society_n wherein_o many_o act_n together_o there_o must_v be_v order_n which_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o government_n we_o see_v likewise_o that_o this_o government_n be_v regulate_v and_o order_v wise_o just_o merciful_o etc._n etc._n this_o put_v a_o beauty_n upon_o all_o matter_n to_o be_v act_v by_o society_n this_o order_n in_o government_n it_o put_v a_o shine_a lustre_n upon_o all_o piece_n of_o work_n and_o upon_o all_o society_n do_v but_o withdraw_v a_o wise_a and_o good_a government_n and_o let_v either_o a_o fool_n or_o a_o negligent_a person_n or_o a_o disorder_a epicure_n or_o a_o tyrant_n manage_v action_n and_o you_o shall_v present_o find_v that_o work_v or_o society_n guide_v by_o such_o will_v either_o turn_v into_o a_o chaos_n or_o into_o disorder_n or_o at_o the_o least_o in_o the_o best_a case_n the_o lustre_n and_o beauty_n of_o such_o society_n will_v be_v take_v away_o that_o which_o i_o shall_v then_o gather_v from_o these_o scripture_n be_v that_o no_o nation_n under_o heaven_n have_v so_o good_a a_o government_n which_o be_v plain_o express_v in_o that_o none_o have_v so_o righteous_a law_n and_o ordinance_n as_o this_o people_n of_o jsrael_n have_v now_o in_o this_o time_n of_o the_o judge_n now_o in_o these_o first_o and_o pure_a time_n now_o in_o this_o time_n when_o god_n show_v his_o glory_n so_o eminent_o now_o in_o this_o time_n when_o god_n come_v so_o near_o unto_o this_o people_n as_o no_o nation_n upon_o earth_n have_v such_o a_o government_n such_o governor_n which_o be_v plain_o imply_v and_o express_v under_o these_o word_n law_n and_o ordinance_n this_o be_v true_a than_o it_o follow_v plain_o that_o this_o government_n by_o judge_n be_v better_a than_o the_o government_n by_o king_n for_o at_o that_o time_n they_o have_v king_n in_o their_o heathen_a government_n the_o egyptian_n they_o have_v a_o king_n a_o tyrant_n a_o unrighteous_a oppressor_n a_o ripe_a of_o the_o devil_n but_o god_n say_v that_o at_o that_o very_a time_n the_o ordinance_n and_o law_n the_o wholeframe_n of_o their_o governor_n and_o government_n be_v better_a than_o all_o other_o nation_n do_v enjoy_v then_o certain_o it_o be_v better_a than_o the_o government_n by_o king_n we_o can_v no_o way_n evade_v or_o avoid_v in_o a_o plain_a way_n of_o righteousness_n this_o truth_n it_o follow_v plain_o direct_o and_o strong_o but_o further_a it_o appear_v clear_o that_o this_o government_n be_v better_a than_o that_o government_n by_o king_n
