nayler_n with_o those_o five_o minister_n that_o be_v send_v to_o he_o into_o the_o prison_n a_o little_a before_o his_o last_o suffering_n at_o london_n and_o doubt_v not_o but_o by_o the_o help_n of_o my_o god_n to_o prove_v he_o by_o the_o scripture_n clear_a both_o in_o his_o judgement_n and_o practice_n of_o blasphemy_n and_o the_o rather_o do_v i_o desire_v to_o have_v to_o do_v with_o those_o five_o minister_n herein_o for_o that_o they_o do_v not_o deal_v with_o he_o and_o doubt_v whether_o they_o have_v not_o do_v the_o like_a by_o you_o as_o man_n of_o integrity_n and_o faithfulness_n ought_v to_o have_v do_v for_o they_o will_v not_o permit_v any_o one_o person_n friend_n or_o other_o to_o be_v present_a to_o bear_v witness_n of_o what_o pass_v between_o they_o which_o jame_v nayler_n perceive_v say_v to_o they_o that_o unless_o they_o will_v write_v down_o their_o question_n and_o his_o answer_n thereto_o and_o afterward_o leave_v a_o copy_n thereof_o we_o too_o bold_a and_o dare_a to_o appear_v in_o such_o a_o cause_n for_o such_o a_o person_n so_o obnoxious_a in_o their_o account_n for_o which_o we_o can_v offer_v many_o and_o those_o very_a great_a consideration_n as_o i_o and_o principal_o the_o honour_n of_o that_o cause_n for_o which_o we_o have_v suffer_v the_o loss_n of_o a_o thousand_o other_o thing_n we_o mean_v conscience-liberty_n which_o we_o conceive_v to_o stand_v in_o nothing_o more_o than_o in_o these_o two_o point_n or_o indeed_o we_o may_v say_v bear_v itself_o up_o on_o they_o as_o two_o main_a pillar_n viz._n first_o that_o the_o civil_a magistrate_n be_v not_o the_o proper_a judge_n of_o error_n or_o blasphemy_n and_o second_o that_o corporal_a punishment_n be_v not_o a_o proper_a punishment_n for_o offence_n of_o a_o spiritual_a nature_n though_o it_o be_v use_v to_o the_o jew_n for_o divers_a special_a reason_n peculiar_a to_o that_o legal_a dispensation_n only_o 2._o the_o safety_n of_o the_o government_n which_o be_v in_o danger_n of_o wrath_n from_o the_o almighty_a for_o nothing_o so_o much_o or_o so_o soon_o as_o for_o invade_v the_o spiritual_a jurisdiction_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n 3._o the_o consequence_n to_o ourselves_o who_o by_o this_o rule_n may_v be_v pull_v out_o and_o judge_v without_o a_o law_n yea_o judge_v and_o sentence_v in_o the_o high_a
