complain_v of_o its_o straitnedness_n for_o be_v it_o intrinsical_o evil_n the_o more_o ample_a it_o be_v the_o worse_a it_o be_v but_o 2_o know_v that_o its_o straitnedness_n be_v the_o magistrate_n fault_n but_o the_o minister_n affliction_n only_o and_o shall_v not_o the_o magistrate_n fault_n rest_n with_o himself_o and_o not_o be_v impute_v to_o the_o minister_n let_v every_o man_n bear_v his_o own_o burden_n gal._n 6.5_o and_o 3_o as_o his_o not_o grant_v all_o he_o shall_v do_v not_o make_v it_o simple_o unlawful_a to_o grant_v a_o part_n so_o who_o can_v rational_o say_v that_o and_o lament_v their_o hard_a lot_n pray_v for_o redress_n even_o as_o they_o who_o return_v out_o of_o the_o captivity_n before_o the_o rest_n forget_v not_o those_o who_o be_v detain_v in_o
