be_v hearty_a and_o sincere_a in_o pray_v hear_v receive_v they_o strive_v to_o subdue_v their_o lust_n which_o offend_v christ_n
have_v faith_n they_o shall_v not_o doubt_v of_o their_o justification_n nor_o of_o god_n love_n to_o they_o in_o christ_n but_o many_o doubt_n that_o they_o have_v no_o faith_n or_o if_o they_o as_o strong_a sick_a child_n as_o well_o as_o whole_a in_o his_o family_n and_o those_o that_o have_v least_o strength_n and_o be_v weak_a of_o who_o the_o holy_a ghost_n say_v they_o have_v a_o 8._o little_a strength_n in_o comparison_n yet_o they_o have_v so_o much_o as_o through_o god_n will_v enable_v they_o in_o the_o time_n of_o great_a trial_n to_o keep_v god_n word_n and_o that_o they_o shall_v not_o deny_v christ_n name_n also_o know_v god_n like_o a_o tender_a father_n do_v not_o cast_v off_o such_o as_o be_v little_a feeble_a and_o weak_a but_o have_v give_v special_a charge_n concern_v the_o 14_o cherish_n support_a and_o comfort_v of_o these_o rather_o than_o other_o and_o 2_o christ_n jesus_n he_o will_v blow_v up_o and_o not_o quench_v the_o least_o spark_n of_o faith_n this_o which_o i_o have_v say_v in_o caution_n commendation_n of_o little_a faith_n be_v only_o to_o keep_v he_o that_o have_v no_o more_o from_o despair_n let_v none_o hereby_o please_v or_o he_o have_v yet_o he_o must_v know_v that_o he_o will_v have_v much_o to_o do_v to_o live_v when_o he_o have_v no_o more_o than_o can_v keep_v life_n and_o soul_n together_o and_o his_o life_n will_v be_v very_o unprofitable_a and_o uncomfortable_a in_o comparison_n of_o he_o that_o have_v a_o strong_a faith_n but_o you_o will_v say_v you_o be_v 1_o so_o cause_n full_a of_o fear_n and_o doubt_n 2_o you_o be_v so_o fearful_a to_o die_v and_o to_o hear_v of_o our_o come_n to_o judgement_n and_o 3_o you_o can_v feel_v that_o you_o have_v faith_n you_o can_v feel_v joy_n and_o comfort_n in_o believe_v wherefore_o you_o fear_v you_o have_v no_o faith_n first_o if_o you_o have_v so_o sure_a a_o word_n and_o promise_n do_v yet_o doubt_v and_o fear_v so_o much_o as_o you_o say_v it_o be_v your_o great_a sin_n and_o i_o must_v blame_v you_o now_o in_o our_o saviour_n name_n as_o he_o do_v his_o disciple_n then_o say_v 26_o why_o be_v you_o fearful_a 31._o why_o be_v you_o doubtful_a o_o you_o of_o little_a faith_n but_o to_o your_o reformation_n and_o comfort_n observe_v it_o he_o do_v not_o argue_v they_o to_o be_v of_o no_o faith_n but_o only_o of_o little_a faith_n say_v o_o you_o exclude_v all_o faith_n many_o out_o of_o their_o natural_a constitution_n be_v more_o fearful_a of_o death_n than_o other_o yea_o pure_a nature_n will_v startle_v and_o shrink_v to_o think_v of_o the_o separation_n of_o two_o so_o near_o and_o so_o ancient_a and_o such_o dear_a friend_n as_o the_o soul_n and_o body_n have_v be_v good_a man_n such_o as_o david_n and_o hezekiah_n have_v show_v their_o unwillingness_n to_o die_v and_o many_o upon_o a_o mistake_n conceive_v the_o pang_n and_o pain_n of_o death_n in_o the_o part_n of_o the_o soul_n out_o of_o the_o body_n to_o be_v most_o torterous_a and_o unsufferable_a be_v afraid_a to_o die_v whereas_o unto_o many_o the_o near_o they_o be_v to_o their_o end_n the_o less_o be_v their_o extremity_n of_o pain_n and_o very_o many_o go_v away_o in_o a_o quiet_a swoon_n without_o pain_n and_o as_o for_o be_v move_v with_o some_o fear_n at_o the_o thought_n of_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n who_o can_v think_v of_o that_o great_a appearance_n before_o so_o glorious_a a_o majesty_n such_o as_o 27_o christ_n shall_v appear_v in_o 11_o to_o answer_v for_o all_o the_o thing_n he_o have_v do_v in_o his_o body_n without_o tremble_v the_o apostle_n call_v the_o thought_n thereof_o the_o terror_n of_o the_o lord_n indeed_o to_o be_v perplex_v with_o the_o thought_n of_o the_o one_o or_o other_o argue_v imperfection_n of_o faith_n and_o hope_n but_o not_o a_o utter_a absence_n of_o either_o you_o have_v other_o and_o better_a thing_n to_o do_v in_o this_o case_n than_o to_o make_v such_o dangerous_a conclusion_n viz._n that_o you_o have_v no_o faith_n etc._n etc._n upon_o such_o weak_a ground_n you_o shall_v rather_o when_o you_o feel_v this_o over-fearefulnesse_n to_o die_v and_o come_v to_o judgement_n labour_v to_o find_v out_o the_o ground_n of_o your_o error_n and_o study_v and_o endeavour_n to_o reform_v it_o unwillingness_n to_o die_v may_v come_v from_o these_o cause_n first_o from_o too_o high_a a_o estimation_n die_v and_o from_o too_o great_a a_o love_n to_o earthly_a thing_n of_o some_o kind_n or_o other_o which_o make_v you_o afraid_a and_o too_o loath_a to_o part_v with_o they_o second_o you_o may_v be_v unwilling_a to_o die_v because_o of_o ignorance_n of_o the_o supper_n abundant_a and_o inconceivable_a excellency_n of_o the_o happiness_n of_o saint_n depart_v which_o if_o you_o know_v you_o will_v be_v willing_a three_o fear_v of_o death_n and_o come_n to_o judgement_n do_v for_o the_o most_o part_n rise_v from_o a_o conscience_n guilty_a of_o the_o sentence_n of_o condemnation_n be_v without_o assurance_n that_o when_o you_o die_v you_o shall_v go_v to_o heaven_n wherefore_o if_o you_o will_v be_v death_n free_a from_o troublesome_a fear_n of_o death_n and_o
