Augustine sayth Non dimittitur peccatum nisi restituatur oblatum sinz are not to be forgeuen without restitucion ¶ The witnesses of the old and new Testamente to testify the truth and strength of this Iubily In the booke of Genesis and in many other places of the Law and testamente of scriptures Moyses and others doe restify that al nations of the earth shold be blessed saued by Iesus Christe the sonn of Dauid of the seede of Abraham and that they shoulde receyue by hym an eternal and celestial benediction or blessing Item saynt Peter doth testify that al the Prophetes beare testimony of Iesus Christ and that whosoeuer beleeueth in him shal receue remission of sinnes in his name Item S.
