encumbrance_n thereupon_o so_o that_o if_o such_o house_n or_o land_n shall_v be_v of_o more_o value_n and_o near_o but_o not_o a_o full_a four_o part_n more_o than_o such_o unforfeited_a encumbrance_n thereupon_o in_o such_o case_n only_o one_o four_o part_n of_o the_o quitrent_n payable_a by_o the_o act_n of_o settlement_n and_o explanation_n shall_v be_v reserve_v to_o his_o majesty_n out_o of_o such_o house_n or_o land_n and_o so_o in_o like_a manner_n and_o proportion_n where_o the_o value_n of_o such_o house_n or_o land_n shall_v appear_v in_o a_o great_a or_o less_o
