person_n so_o register_v and_o disable_v and_o divers_a of_o the_o widow_n and_o child_n of_o such_o register_v seaman_n may_v at_o one_o and_o the_o same_o time_n stand_v in_o need_n and_o by_o the_o offender_n or_o offender_n shall_v for_o every_o such_o refusal_n or_o neglect_v forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o 10_o l._n to_o the_o use_v mention_v in_o the_o say_v recite_v act_n refuser_n penalty_n of_o refuser_n to_o be_v recover_v by_o action_n of_o debt_n bill_n plaint_n or_o information_n in_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o record_n at_o westminster_n with_o full_a cost_v of_o
