shallnot_v be_v understand_v to_o fall_v or_o be_v comprehend_v under_o the_o same_o and_o if_o the_o say_a earldom_n and_o lordship_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o shall_v be_v annallied_a or_o dispone_v or_o any_o right_n of_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v grant_v otherways_o then_o be_v appoint_v and_o ordain_v in_o manner_n abovementioned_a his_o majesty_n with_o consent_n foresay_a do_v statute_n and_o declare_v that_o all_o disposition_n infestment_n and_o other_o right_n of_o the_o say_a earldom_n and_o lordship_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o which_o shall_v be_v grant_v contrary_a to_o this_o present_a act_n with_o all_o act_n of_o dissolution_n and_o ratification_n and_o other_o act_n of_o parliament_n concern_v the_o same_o shall_v be_v from_o the_o beginning_n and_o in_o all_o time_n come_v void_a and_o null_a and_o of_o no_o effect_n and_o notwithstanding_o thereof_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o our_o sovereign_a lord_n and_o his_o successor_n for_o the_o time_n to_o take_v back_o and_o receive_v at_o their_o pleasure_n for_o their_o own_o use_n without_o any_o process_n of_o law_n the_o land_n and_o other_o above-annexed_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o which_o shall_v be_v annallied_a or_o dispone_v and_o these_o in_o who_o favour_n any_o such_o right_n and_o alienation_n shall_v be_v make_v shall_v be_v countable_a for_o and_o liable_a to_o refound_v and_o pay_v all_o profit_n intromission_n or_o benefit_n take_v uplift_a or_o enjoy_v by_o they_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n and_o it_o be_v declare_v that_o all_o other_o clause_n article_n and_o provision_n contain_v in_o any_o former_a act_n or_o act_n of_o annexation_n to_o the_o advantage_n of_o his_o majesty_n and_o his_o crown_n be_v and_o shall_v be_v hold_v as_o repeat_v and_o insert_v herein_o and_o far_o his_o majesty_n with_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o estate_n aforesaid_a have_v suppress_v the_o say_a office_n of_o sheriffship_n and_o have_v erect_v and_o hereby_o erect_v a_o stewartry_n within_o the_o bound_n foresay_a of_o the_o say_a earldom_n and_o lordship_n and_o isle_n of_o orknay_n and_o zetland_n to_o be_v call_v in_o all_o time_n come_v the_o stewartry_n of_o orknay_n and_o zetland_n ordain_v the_o tenant_n possessor_n and_o inhabitant_n within_o the_o bound_n aforesaid_a and_o other_o person_n who_o be_v former_o answerable_a and_o liable_a to_o the_o jurisdiction_n of_o sheriffship_n and_o foudrie_n abovementioned_a to_o be_v answerable_a to_o his_o majesty_n stewart_n of_o the_o say_v stewartry_n with_o all_o privilege_n competent_a to_o any_o stewartry_n of_o his_o majesty_n property_n within_o this_o realm_n likeas_n it_o be_v declare_v and_o statute_n that_o the_o foresay_a office_n of_o stewartry_n shall_v not_o be_v give_v heretable_o to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n and_o their_o heir_n without_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o parliament_n in_o manner_n above_o mention_v and_o all_o right_n of_o the_o
