differ_v from_o that_o wherein_o he_o present_o lie_v to_o admonish_v he_o of_o that_o other_o sin_n as_o when_o a_o worldling_n shall_v be_v tempt_v to_o adultery_n a_o thing_n which_o he_o have_v of_o god_n by_o they_o to_o cause_v thou_o better_o to_o discern_v of_o those_o temptation_n in_o other_o when_o thou_o shall_v have_v observe_v with_o fear_n and_o tremble_a how_o they_o may_v make_v their_o first_o entire_a into_o a_o man_n hart_n how_o they_o gather_v strength_n how_o they_o agree_v with_o our_o corrupt_a nature_n in_o what_o degree_n they_o come_v unto_o some_o growth_n how_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n do_v resist_v they_o what_o be_v the_o mean_v best_a to_o prevail_v against_o they_o and_o thus_o if_o thou_o make_v thy_o profit_n by_o they_o thou_o shall_v so_o wonderful_o search_v and_o descry_v by_o several_a vein_n the_o body_n age_n &_o strength_n of_o these_o temptation_n in_o other_o by_o a_o holy_a experience_n which_o god_n have_v teach_v thou_o in_o other_o that_o beside_o that_o thou_o shall_v lay_v forth_o man_n secreete_a corruption_n as_o if_o thou_o be_v in_o their_o bosom_n thou_o shall_v be_v able_a by_o the_o seed_n of_o sorrow_n in_o thyself_o to_o beget_v a_o unspeakable_a joy_n in_o other_o who_o in_o time_n may_v be_v tempt_v as_o thou_o now_o be_v thus_o moreover_o and_o beside_o that_o such_o be_v the_o efficacy_n of_o sin_n that_o they_o who_o now_o be_v no_o papist_n heretic_n adulterer_n or_o thief_n may_v for_o their_o secure_a contemn_v &_o foolish_a pass_v over_o of_o these_o temptation_n send_v unto_o they_o sudden_o short_o after_o fall_v into_o they_o because_o they_o will_v not_o seem_v to_o make_v some_o use_n of_o they_o nor_o confess_v before_o the_o lord_n both_o their_o pronenes_n and_o worthiness_n to_o fall_v into_o they_o but_o if_o we_o will_v humble_v ourselves_o in_o such_o temptation_n and_o learn_v by_o they_o meek_o to_o discern_v the_o corruption_n of_o our_o heart_n we_o shall_v not_o only_o deliver_v ourselves_o present_o from_o peril_n but_o be_v further_o enable_v to_o assist_v other_o hereafter_o in_o the_o like_a danger_n but_o some_o will_v oppose_v against_o these_o thing_n which_o we_o have_v deliver_v do_v you_o think_v it_o be_v a_o remedy_n to_o cast_v down_o they_o that_o be_v already_o humble_v this_o be_v rather_o to_o be_v a_o butcher_n than_o a_o builder_n of_o a_o man_n conscience_n to_o who_o i_o answer_v that_o i_o desire_v preacher_n to_o be_v builder_n and_o not_o butcher_n and_o it_o be_v a_o thing_n general_o to_o apply_v and_o another_o thing_n particular_o to_o lay_v the_o medicine_n unto_o the_o wound_n it_o be_v good_a to_o begin_v the_o sore_a by_o the_o vinegar_n of_o the_o law_n and_o after_o to_o supply_v it_o with_o the_o oil_n of_o the_o gospel_n both_o which_o must_v be_v do_v in_o wisdom_n use_v they_o to_o some_o in_o great_a to_o some_o in_o lesser_a measure_n for_o as_o some_o have_a nothing_o but_o a_o decay_n of_o nature_n and_o no_o natural_a humour_n need_v rather_o restorative_n than_o purge_v medicine_n so_o rather_o some_o trouble_v for_o some_o spiritual_a want_n than_o for_o gross_a sin_n need_v not_o so_o much_o the_o sharp_a threaten_n of_o the_o law_n as_o the_o sweet_a promise_n of_o the_o gospel_n but_o if_o the_o body_n through_o some_o extraordinary_a repletion_n have_v get_v some_o great_a surfeit_n not_o so_o much_o to_o the_o weaken_n of_o nature_n as_o to_o the_o threaten_a of_o imminent_a death_n and_o therefore_o do_v rather_o require_v some_o strong_a purgation_n than_o comfortable_a and_o cordial_a medicine_n then_o the_o soul_n bring_v to_o death_n door_n with_o extraordinary_a sin_n be_v rather_o to_o be_v bore_v and_o pierce_v with_o the_o denounce_v of_o god_n his_o judgement_n than_o otherwise_o but_o because_o we_o will_v deal_v more_o plain_o and_o less_o confuse_o it_o be_v good_a in_o our_o access_n to_o a_o afflict_a conscience_n to_o lay_v
