understand_v it_o with_o the_o translation_n as_o a_o second_o accusation_n against_o israel_n for_o their_o backslide_n to_o which_o they_o be_v so_o prone_a that_o their_o inclination_n and_o can_v but_o grieve_v god_n when_o these_o who_o he_o have_v choosen_v to_o be_v his_o peculiar_a people_n and_o have_v put_v they_o in_o possession_n of_o special_a favour_n and_o gain_v their_o consent_n in_o part_n do_v recede_v from_o he_o as_o unworthy_a and_o do_v choose_v husk_n whereon_o the_o world_n feed_v as_o the_o only_a desirable_a portion_n and_o it_o be_v a_o sad_a case_n by_o this_o be_v the_o charge_n of_o apostasy_n and_o bentnesse_n in_o follow_v it_o prove_v in_o that_o they_o obey_v not_o the_o call_n though_o they_o call_v they_o none_o at_o all_o will_v exalt_v he_o 6._o when_o the_o lord_n by_o his_o word_n reclaim_v his_o people_n from_o their_o backslide_n it_o be_v not_o because_o he_o need_v they_o who_o be_v glorious_a and_o high_a in_o himself_o but_o for_o their_o own_o advantage_n for_o he_o call_v they_o from_o these_o base_a thing_n which_o draw_v they_o away_o to_o the_o most_o high_a 7._o we_o be_v never_o free_a of_o backslide_v but_o when_o god_n be_v most_o high_a to_o we_o and_o in_o our_o estimation_n and_o when_o he_o be_v exalt_v in_o our_o heart_n and_o in_o our_o respect_n to_o his_o command_n and_o direction_n and_o conscience_n make_v of_o his_o praise_n the_o neglect_n whereof_o be_v a_o evidence_n of_o apostasy_n and_o portend_v more_o of_o it_o for_o so_o be_v import_v in_o that_o they_o be_v call_v from_o their_o backslide_n to_o come_v to_o he_o as_o the_o most_o high_a and_o to_o exalt_v he_o 8._o backslide_v be_v by_o so_o much_o the_o sad_a and_o the_o cause_n of_o a_o great_a quarrel_n that_o it_o be_v
