IR A PROCLAMATION Taking off the Stop of Execution against Heretors Called out to attend His Majesties Host Edinburgh the seventh day of December 1688. FORASMUCH as by a Proclamation of the Date the third day of October last Calling out the Heretors and others to attend His Majesties Host There was thereby personal Protection granted to all who were Called to attend the said Service against all personal Execution for any civil Cause or Debt as is alwayes usual and customary on such occasions And now His Majesties Privy Council Considering it unnecessary to give is Majesties Leidges any further trouble in that Service and that they have Dismissed the Heretors and others who were Called out to that effect Therefore the Lords of His Majesties Privy Council Do hereby Discharge the said personal Protection and takes off all Stopes to all personal Diligences whatsomever granted upon the account above-mentioned after the Twentieth day of December instant that in the mean time the persons respectively concerned herein may return home And Ordain these Presents to be forthwith published at the Mercat-Cross of Edinburgh and other Mercat-Crosses of the Head Burghs of the Shires of this Kingdom That none pretend ignorance Extracted forth of the Records of Privy Council by me COL M CKENZIE Cls.
