i_o 7_o r_o diev_n et_fw-fr mon_fw-fr droit_n honi_fw-fr soit_fw-fr qvi_fw-fr mal_fw-fr y_fw-fr pense_fw-fr act_z taking_z off_o the_o restraint_n put_v upon_o the_o export_n and_o discharge_v the_o import_n of_o victual_n into_o this_o kingdom_n edinburgh_n the_o 24_o of_o june_n 1685._o forasmuch_o as_o the_o lord_n of_o his_o majesty_n privy_a council_n have_v by_o their_o act_n and_o proclamation_n of_o the_o twenty_o five_o day_n of_o may_n last_o bypast_n prohibit_v and_o discharge_v the_o export_n of_o any_o victual_n forth_o of_o this_o kingdom_n until_o further_a order_n for_o the_o reason_n therein_o mention_v and_o by_o another_o act_n of_o the_o same_o date_n allow_v the_o commissary_n for_o the_o army_n to_o import_v from_o ireland_n five_o thousand_o bolls_n of_o meal_n and_o the_o council_n now_o find_v it_o convenient_a that_o the_o say_a restraint_n shall_v be_v take_v off_o and_o the_o import_v of_o the_o say_a meal_n or_o any_o other_o victual_n from_o abroad_o be_v discharge_v they_o therefore_o hereby_o warrant_v and_o allow_v the_o export_n of_o all_o grain_n of_o victual_n forth_o of_o this_o kingdom_n to_o any_o place_n abroad_o notwithstanding_o of_o the_o say_a prohibition_n and_o further_o do_v hereby_o strict_o prohibit_v and_o discharge_v the_o import_v of_o the_o say_v five_o thousand_o bolls_n of_o meal_n from_o ireland_n or_o any_o victual_n from_o any_o other_o place_n abroad_o to_o this_o kingdom_n under_o the_o pain_n and_o certification_n contain_v in_o the_o law_n and_o act_n of_o parliament_n make_v thereanent_a and_o ordain_v all_o collector_n waiter_n and_o customer_n to_o see_v these_o present_n punctual_o obey_v as_o they_o will_v answer_v at_o their_o peril_n and_o the_o same_o to_o be_v print_v and_o publish_v that_o none_o pretend_v ignorance_n extract_v forth_o of_o the_o record_n of_o privy_a council_n by_o i_o will._n paterson_n cls._n sti._n concilii_fw-la god_n save_o the_o king_n edinburgh_n print_v by_o the_o heir_n of_o andrew_n anderson_n printer_n to_o his_o most_o sacred_a majesty_n anno_fw-la dom._n 1685._o
