or_o town_n corporate_a or_o in_o any_o other_o place_n whatsoever_o within_o this_o commonwealth_n where_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o do_v or_o shall_v reside_v and_o inhabit_v without_o any_o suit_n let_v or_o molestation_n of_o any_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o for_o or_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o use_n of_o such_o trade_n and_o if_o any_o such_o soldier_n or_o soldier_n shall_v be_v sue_v implead_v or_o indict_v in_o any_o court_n whatsoever_o within_o this_o commonwealth_n for_o use_v or_o exercise_v any_o such_o trade_n as_o aforesaid_a than_o the_o say_a soldier_n or_o soldier_n make_v it_o appear_v to_o the_o same_o court_n where_o they_o be_v so_o sue_v implead_v or_o indict_v that_o they_o have_v serve_v the_o parliament_n and_o commonwealth_n in_o the_o late_a war_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v upon_o the_o general_n issue_n plead_v be_v find_v not_o guilty_a in_o any_o plaint_n bill_n information_n or_o indictment_n exhibit_v against_o they_o and_o such_o person_n who_o notwithstanding_o this_o ordinance_n shall_v prosecute_v their_o say_a suit_n by_o bill_n plaint_n information_n or_o indictment_n and_o shall_v have_v a_o verdict_n pass_v against_o
