to_o the_o earl_n be_v party_n interest_v with_o he_o answ._n that_o when_o the_o contract_n with_o the_o country_n be_v make_v no_o commissioner_n be_v interest_v nor_o can_v be_v because_o the_o earl_n have_v then_o no_o interest_n himself_o but_o after_o the_o work_n be_v begin_v three_o or_o four_o of_o the_o commissioner_n do_v become_v adventurer_n with_o the_o earl_n and_o do_v put_v
