say_v that_o these_o three_o partake_v of_o one_o and_o the_o same_o divine_a nature_n communicate_v from_o the_o father_n to_o the_o son_n and_o from_o both_o to_o the_o holy_a ghost_n and_o that_o therefore_o they_o together_o make_v but_o one_o god_n q._n how_o can_v it_o be_v possible_a that_o three_o distinct_a person_n shall_v so_o partake_v of_o the_o one_o divine_a nature_n or_o essence_n as_o all_o together_o to_o make_v but_o one_o god_n a._n that_o be_v not_o my_o concern_v to_o determine_v this_o i_o be_o sure_a that_o if_o the_o scripture_n be_v as_o we_o all_o allow_v that_o therefore_o both_o these_o assertion_n be_v true_a and_o credible_a i_o be_o sure_a but_o how_o or_o after_o what_o manner_n i_o be_o to_o understand_v they_o so_o as_o to_o remove_v all_o show_n of_o contradiction_n in_o they_o this_o the_o holy_a scripture_n have_v not_o reveal_v nor_o do_v i_o therefore_o presume_v to_o pronounce_v any_o thing_n more_o particular_o concern_v it_o q._n why_o then_o do_v you_o say_v that_o they_o be_v three_o person_n and_o but_o one_o in_o the_o divine_a essence_n a._n because_o i_o know_v not_o how_o better_a to_o express_v the_o unity_n and_o distinction_n of_o they_o and_o they_o be_v term_n which_o the_o church_n have_v long_o receive_v and_o i_o see_v no_o reason_n to_o depart_v from_o they_o unless_o i_o know_v of_o some_o better_a
