government_n of_o this_o city_n now_o to_o the_o intent_n that_o the_o rate_n allow_v as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v take_v in_o the_o market_n may_v be_v ascertain_v and_o make_v public_a to_o all_o provision_n as_o be_v usual_o buy_v or_o sell_v by_o weight_n and_o this_o committee_n do_v further_a declare_v that_o the_o farmer_n of_o the_o say_a market_n have_v covenant_v in_o their_o lease_n that_o in_o case_n they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v at_o any_o time_n during_o the_o term_n thereby_o demise_v exact_a or_o take_v any_o great_a rate_n or_o duty_n than_o be_v limit_v and_o appoint_v by_o the_o aforesaid_a act_n of_o common-council_n they_o or_o some_o of_o they_o shall_v pay_v to_o the_o city_n for_o every_o time_n they_o shall_v so_o exact_a or_o take_v the_o penalty_n of_o ten_o pound_n wherefore_o if_o the_o say_a farmer_n or_o their_o assign_v shall_v require_v and_o receive_v more_o than_o according_a to_o the_o aforesaid_a rate_n or_o disturb_v the_o market-people_n who_o have_v pay_v or_o tender_v the_o say_v legal_a rate_n in_o the_o quiet_a selling_n or_o expose_v to_o sale_n according_a to_o law_n their_o commodity_n it_o be_v recommend_v to_o
