misconstrue_v all_o our_o action_n of_o this_o nature_n we_o thereupon_o hold_v it_o necessary_a to_o express_v upon_o what_o ground_n we_o may_v proceed_v to_o act_v upon_o the_o ordinance_n already_o establish_v by_o authority_n although_o we_o conceive_v the_o power_n of_o church_n censure_n and_o in_o particular_a the_o keep_n off_o ignorant_a and_o scandalous_a person_n from_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o lord_n supper_n to_o be_v in_o church_n officer_n by_o the_o will_n and_o apointment_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o from_o he_o they_o receive_v their_o office_n and_o authority_n yet_o we_o acknowledge_v it_o belong_v to_o the_o magistrate_n to_o have_v his_o conscience_n satisfy_v in_o the_o truth_n of_o that_o government_n of_o the_o church_n which_o he_o will_v set_v up_o by_o his_o authority_n from_o who_o the_o church_n officer_n do_v receive_v authority_n of_o the_o public_a exercise_n of_o their_o office_n in_o his_o dominion_n and_o in_o case_n the_o magistrate_n be_v not_o so_o full_o inform_v as_o to_o set_v up_o a_o right_n and_o perfect_a rule_n in_o every_o particular_a the_o church_n officer_n may_v yet_o act_v under_o that_o rule_n provide_v that_o they_o do_v not_o subscribe_v to_o or_o otherwise_o acknowledge_v that_o rule_n to_o be_v entire_a and_o right_a in_o all_o point_n and_o therefore_o for_o these_o particular_a ordinance_n although_o we_o humble_o conceive_v that_o they_o do_v not_o hold_v forth_o a_o complete_a rule_n nor_o be_v in_o all_o point_v satisfactory_a to_o our_o conscience_n yet_o because_o we_o find_v many_o thing_n establish_v in_o they_o agreeable_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n for_o which_o we_o desire_v hearty_o to_o bless_v god_n and_o to_o be_v thankful_a to_o the_o honourable_a house_n provision_n be_v make_v for_o enable_v the_o eldership_n by_o their_o authority_n to_o keep_v away_o from_o the_o lord_n supper_n all_o ignorant_a person_n and_o many_o scandalous_a person_n
