and_o yet_o we_o find_v it_o still_o insist_v on_o that_o in_o no_o case_n whatsoever_o shall_v it_o never_o so_o near_o concern_v matter_n of_o state_n and_o government_n we_o nor_o our_o privy_a council_n have_v power_n to_o commit_v any_o man_n without_o the_o cause_n show_v whereas_o it_o often_o happen_v that_o shall_v the_o cause_n be_v show_v the_o service_n thereby_o will_v be_v destroy_v and_o defeat_v and_o the_o cause_n allege_v must_v be_v such_o as_o may_v be_v determine_v by_o our_o judge_n of_o our_o court_n at_o westminster_n in_o a_o legal_a and_o ordinary_a way_n of_o justice_n whereas_o the_o cause_n may_v be_v such_o whereof_o the_o judge_n have_v no_o capacity_n of_o judicature_n or_o rule_v of_o law_n to_o direct_v or_o guide_v their_o judgement_n in_o case_n of_o that_o transcendent_a nature_n which_o happen_v so_o often_o the_o very_a intermit_a of_o the_o constant_a rule_n of_o government_n for_o many_o age_n within_o this_o kingdom_n practise_v just_a liberty_n of_o the_o subject_a so_o my_o lord_n we_o have_v think_v good_a to_o let_v you_o know_v that_o without_o overthrow_n of_o our_o sovereignty_n we_o can_v suffer_v this_o power_n to_o be_v impeach_v but_o notwithstanding_o to_o clear_v our_o conscience_n and_o just_a intention_n this_o we_o publish_v that_o it_o be_v not_o in_o our_o heart_n nor_o ever_o will_v we_o extend_v our_o continue_v and_o maintain_v that_o neither_o we_o nor_o our_o privy_a council_n
