any_o of_o they_o towards_o the_o endure_a the_o inconvenience_n of_o this_o life_n as_o there_o abound_v in_o he_o more_o covetousness_n and_o concupiscence_n and_o love_n of_o the_o world_n in_o merit_n of_o christ_n our_o lord_n be_v diminish_v so_o it_o be_v certain_a that_o succour_n can_v be_v want_v to_o we_o on_o the_o part_n of_o god_n if_o we_o be_v dispose_v to_o profit_v by_o it_o because_o as_o s._n paul_n say_v 1._o cor._n 10._o god_n be_v faithful_a and_o true_a in_o the_o accomplishment_n of_o his_o promise_n and_o will_v not_o permit_v we_o to_o be_v tempt_v with_o any_o affliction_n or_o temptation_n which_o may_v be_v too_o heavy_a for_o we_o to_o bear_v and_o master_n be_v assist_v with_o that_o grace_n and_o favour_n from_o heaven_n which_o he_o be_v ready_a to_o give_v we_o for_o that_o purpose_n but_o rather_o he_o will_v take_v care_n that_o in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o temptation_n or_o tribulation_n thing_n shall_v succeed_v in_o such_o sort_n either_o by_o increase_a our_o strength_n or_o by_o diminish_v our_o cross_n as_o that_o we_o may_v be_v able_a to_o endure_v it_o yea_o and_o to_o overcome_v it_o at_o good_a ease_n and_o reap_v much_o fruit_n and_o merit_n by_o it_o this_o be_v deliver_v by_o saint_n paul_n and_o since_o after_o the_o example_n of_o christ_n our_o lord_n and_o of_o his_o saint_n we_o be_v resolve_v to_o make_v the_o right_a use_n of_o these_o help_n from_o god_n and_o to_o serve_v ourselves_o of_o these_o favour_n and_o to_o do_v on_o our_o part_n what_o we_o can_v we_o may_v be_v confident_a &_o assure_a if_o we_o still_o rely_v upon_o that_o succour_n from_o heaven_n that_o we_o shall_v endure_v sickness_n and_o all_o other_o cross_n with_o patience_n and_o that_o those_o thing_n which_o it_o be_v impossible_a or_o at_o least_o very_a hard_a for_o our_o natural_a weakness_n to_o endure_v will_v be_v make_v easy_a and_o sweet_a to_o we_o by_o these_o help_n from_o heaven_n namely_o by_o the_o gift_n of_o grace_n and_o those_o divine_a consolation_n which_o god_n will_v impart_v to_o we_o to_o the_o end_n that_o we_o may_v suffer_v they_o not_o only_o with_o patience_n but_o even_o with_o joy_n also_o as_o the_o saint_n do_v not_o only_o must_v this_o hope_n encourage_v we_o to_o suffer_v but_o it_o must_v great_o comfort_v we_o therein_o saint_n saint_n basil_n declare_v it_o by_o these_o word_n in_o the_o time_n of_o our_o tribulation_n we_o must_v not_o seek_v for_o help_v at_o the_o hand_n of_o our_o own_o strength_n or_o power_n or_o riches_n or_o authority_n or_o humane_a glory_n but_o at_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n who_o give_v it_o to_o all_o such_o as_o seek_v it_o and_o with_o this_o confidence_n in_o god_n be_v glad_a if_o thou_o be_v sick_a for_o who_o god_n love_v he_o correct_v and_o better_n by_o sickness_n and_o if_o thou_o be_v poor_a be_v glad_a for_o god_n have_v prepare_v eternal_a blessing_n for_o thou_o and_o if_o thou_o suffer_v any_o affront_n for_o christ_n our_o lord_n esteem_v thyself_o happy_a therein_o for_o that_o affront_n will_v be_v change_v into_o that_o glory_n which_o the_o angel_n enjoy_v let_v we_o therefore_o resolve_v our_o self_n above_o all_o thing_n and_o in_o take_v contentment_n therein_o and_o in_o yield_a obedience_n to_o his_o commaundment_n and_o in_o carry_v a_o hatred_n against_o all_o sin_n and_o in_o use_v our_o lord_n permit_v that_o a_o tempest_n shall_v rise_v for_o the_o exercise_v of_o the_o apostle_n in_o virtue_n and_o that_o know_v and_o confess_v the_o danger_n wherein_o they_o be_v they_o
