publication_n and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o all_o such_o person_n so_o intend_v to_o be_v marry_v shall_v come_v before_o some_o justice_n of_o peace_n within_o and_o of_o the_o same_o county_n city_n or_o town_n corporate_a where_o publication_n shall_v be_v make_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o shall_v bring_v a_o certificate_n of_o the_o say_a publication_n and_o shall_v make_v justice_n of_o peace_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o two_o or_o more_o credible_a witness_n the_o say_a justice_n of_o peace_n may_v and_o shall_v declare_v the_o say_a man_n and_o woman_n to_o be_v from_o thenceforth_o husband_n and_o wife_n and_o from_o and_o after_o such_o consent_n so_o express_v and_o such_o declaration_n make_v the_o same_o as_o to_o the_o form_n of_o marriage_n shall_v
