have_v make_v by_o you_o and_o that_o they_o may_v know_v these_o thing_n the_o better_a you_o shall_v call_v upon_o they_o to_o hear_v sermon_n and_o chief_o you_o shall_v provide_v that_o they_o may_v learn_v the_o creed_n the_o lord_n prayer_n and_o the_o ten_o commandment_n in_o the_o english_a tongue_n and_o all_o other_o thing_n which_o a_o christian_a ought_v to_o know_v and_o believe_v to_o his_o soul_n health_n and_o that_o these_o child_n may_v be_v virtuous_o bring_v up_o to_o lead_v a_o godly_a and_o christian_a life_n remember_v always_o that_o baptism_n do_v represent_v unto_o we_o our_o profession_n which_o be_v to_o follow_v the_o example_n of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n and_o to_o be_v make_v like_o unto_o he_o that_o as_o he_o die_v and_o rise_v again_o for_o we_o so_o shall_v we_o which_o be_v baptize_v die_v from_o sin_n and_o rise_v again_o unto_o righteousness_n continual_o mortify_v all_o our_o evil_a and_o corrupt_a affection_n and_o daily_o proceed_v in_o all_o virtue_n and_o godliness_n of_o live_v the_o grace_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n and_o the_o love_n of_o god_n and_o the_o fellowship_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v with_o we_o all_o everrmore_o amen_n now_o in_o case_n of_o necessity_n as_o when_o the_o child_n be_v in_o danger_n of_o death_n the_o lawful_a minister_n may_v brief_o call_v upon_o god_n for_o his_o grace_n and_o the_o child_n be_v name_v by_o some_o one_o that_o be_v present_a may_v only_o cast_a water_n upon_o the_o child_n and_o use_v the_o form_n of_o word_n in_o baptism_n say_v n._n i_o baptise_v thou_o in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o father_n and_o of_o the_o son_n and_o of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n amen_n and_o let_v no_o man_n doubt_v but_o the_o child_n so_o baptise_a be_v lawful_o and_o sufficient_o to_o plague_v we_o with_o divers_a disease_n and_o sundry_a kind_n of_o death_n therefore_o if_o any_o of_o you_o be_v a_o blasphemer_n of_o god_n and_o hinderer_n or_o slanderer_n of_o his_o word_n a_o adulterer_n or_o be_v in_o malice_n or_o envy_n or_o in_o any_o other_o grievous_a crime_n bewail_v your_o sin_n and_o come_v not_o to_o this_o holy_a table_n lest_o the_o devil_n enter_v into_o you_o as_o he_o enter_v into_o judas_n and_o fill_v you_o full_a of_o all_o iniquity_n and_o bring_v you_o to_o destruction_n both_o of_o body_n and_o soul_n judge_v therefore_o yourselves_o brother_n that_o you_o be_v not_o judge_v of_o the_o lord_n repent_v you_o true_o of_o your_o sin_n past_a have_v a_o lively_a and_o steadfast_a faith_n in_o christ_n our_o saviour_n amend_v your_o life_n and_o be_v in_o perfect_a charity_n with_o all_o man_n so_o shall_v you_o be_v meet_a partaker_n of_o those_o holy_a mystery_n and_o above_o all_o thing_n you_o must_v give_v most_o humble_a and_o hearty_a thanks_o to_o god_n the_o father_n the_o son_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n for_o the_o redemption_n of_o the_o world_n by_o the_o death_n and_o passion_n of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n both_o god_n
