judge_n that_o doctrine_n of_o they_o do_v make_v christ_n himself_o to_o be_v a_o enemy_n of_o god_n and_o a_o undoar_n of_o the_o common_a wealth_n which_o do_v take_v away_o the_o law_n which_o the_o lord_n do_v make_v to_o the_o conservation_n and_o mainteinaunce_n of_o the_o fellowship_n and_o godly_a unity_n of_o man_n &_o maynteynaunce_n of_o civil_a order_n make_v and_o institute_v for_o a_o good_a and_o godly_a purpose_n ¶_o as_o touching_n the_o second_o and_o third_o question_n this_o be_v my_o mind_n and_o judgement_n christ_n command_v that_o all_o our_o word_n and_o communication_n shall_v be_v yea_o yea_o nay_o nay_o he_o do_v also_o require_v of_o we_o in_o thing_n which_o be_v lawful_a always_o to_o keep_v our_o promise_n how_o so_o ever_o it_o be_v make_v it_o follow_v then_o that_o he_o will_v not_o have_v that_o thing_n break_v which_o be_v promise_v &_o confirm_v with_o a_o oath_n all_o our_o communication_n ought_v to_o be_v firm_a stable_n and_o certain_a much_o more_o every_o lawful_a oath_n ought_v to_o be_v keep_v unbroken_a we_o be_v the_o son_n and_o child_n of_o god_n likewise_o as_o god_n our_o father_n be_v in_o all_o his_o promise_n faithful_a and_o true_a so_o it_o become_v we_o which_o be_v his_o child_n to_o be_v in_o all_o our_o say_n and_o deed_n be_v it_o by_o oath_n or_o otherwise_o just_a and_o true_a every_o oath_n that_o we_o do_v make_v in_o who_o name_n so_o ever_o it_o be_v be_v it_o in_o the_o name_n of_o god_n or_o any_o of_o his_o creature_n it_o must_v not_o be_v break_v christ_n in_o mat._n xxiii_o do_v reprehend_v the_o pharasy_n because_o they_o do_v make_v a_o distinction_n and_o a_o difference_n between_o oath_n and_o oath_n for_o his_o name_n sake_n by_o the_o which_o name_n of_o god_n man_n use_v to_o swear_v say_v that_o this_o oath_n ought_v to_o be_v observe_v &_o keep_v that_o oath_n ought_v not_o as_o the_o thing_n whereby_o they_o do_v swear_v be_v esteem_v and_o have_v in_o priceâ—_n honest_a nothing_o protitable_a which_o be_v not_o honest_a oath_n ought_v to_o be_v judge_v and_o regard_v accord_v as_o they_o be_v honest_a and_o profitable_a not_o after_o the_o name_n whereby_o they_o be_v take_v and_o make_v that_o thing_n which_o be_v profitable_a must_v be_v deny_v by_o that_o which_o be_v honest_a for_o other_o wise_n it_o can_v not_o be_v profitable_a except_o it_o be_v also_o join_v and_o annex_v to_o honesty_n if_o it_o be_v lawful_a and_o honest_a that_o thing_n which_o be_v trow_v or_o promise_v by_o oath_n that_o same_o othâ—_n so_o make_v and_o take_v must_v be_v keep_v it_o make_v no_o matter_n by_o what_o thing_n the_o oath_n be_v make_v dishonour_v by_o the_o break_n of_o a_o oath_n the_o lord_n be_v dishonour_v for_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n
