treatise_n will_v grow_v of_o too_o great_a a_o bigness_n for_o example_n that_o the_o mass_n be_v of_o great_a glory_n joy_n and_o comfort_n unto_o the_o saint_n and_o angel_n of_o heaven_n they_o any_o other_o thing_n that_o be_v do_v or_o can_v be_v do_v in_o this_o world_n that_o the_o same_o be_v of_o great_a profit_n and_o utility_n to_o the_o militant_a church_n of_o great_a force_n to_o help_v &_o relieve_v the_o soul_n in_o purgatory_n of_o great_a importance_n and_o efficacy_n for_o our_o spiritual_a progress_n and_o increase_n in_o perfection_n and_o this_o with_o so_o great_a excess_n that_o if_o we_o put_v in_o one_o side_n of_o the_o balance_n all_o that_o we_o do_v in_o the_o day_n and_o night_n suppose_v we_o spend_v they_o whole_o in_o virtuous_a and_o holy_a exercise_n all_o this_o together_o weigh_v not_o so_o much_o as_o a_o drame_n in_o comparison_n of_o one_o mass_n that_o we_o say_v with_o the_o due_a require_v disposition_n wherefore_o though_o for_o no_o other_o reason_n yet_o at_o least_o in_o respect_n of_o our_o interest_n and_o profit_n and_o to_o spare_v great_a pain_n and_o labour_n and_o to_o enrich_v our_o poverty_n to_o supply_v our_o want_n out_o of_o treasury_n of_o the_o merit_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n we_o ought_v to_o procure_v with_o all_o diligence_n to_o dispose_v our_o self_n to_o celebrate_v and_o to_o assist_v at_o the_o most_o sacred_a mystery_n of_o the_o mass_n and_o to_o receive_v the_o most_o divine_a sacrament_n with_o all_o purity_n and_o perfection_n possible_a the_o external_a reverence_n and_o worship_n to_o be_v use_v in_o the_o holy_a mass_n chap._n xiiii_o hitherto_o we_o have_v set_v down_o consideration_n that_o may_v stir_v up_o in_o we_o inward_a reverence_n and_o devotion_n towards_o the_o holy_a sacrifice_n of_o the_o mass_n aswell_o in_o priest_n that_o celebrat_n as_o in_o other_o christian_n that_o assist_v thereat_o and_o although_o where_o inward_a reverence_n and_o worship_n be_v find_v there_o external_a reverence_n gravity_n composition_n and_o all_o other_o decent_a gate_n will_v not_o be_v want_v yet_o to_o make_v this_o treatise_n more_o full_a it_o will_v be_v convenient_a to_o add_v something_o also_o concern_v this_o second_o kind_n of_o reverence_n the_o want_n whereof_o be_v scandalous_a and_o occasion_n to_o many_o to_o think_v less_o reverent_o of_o the_o holy_a mystery_n also_o the_o time_n we_o live_v in_o may_v seem_v to_o require_v both_o of_o priest_n and_o layman_n that_o in_o this_o external_a reverence_n they_o be_v most_o punctual_a and_o exact_a concern_v the_o sacred_a ceremony_n and_o external_a rite_n of_o this_o divine_a oblation_n because_o the_o heretic_n of_o our_o time_n do_v oppose_v special_o against_o these_o ceremony_n &_o impugn_v the_o external_a rite_n and_o worship_n use_v by_o the_o catholic_a church_n in_o the_o divine_a service_n wherefore_o it_o be_v good_a
