to_o enjoy_v the_o same_o it_o be_v count_v a_o great_a honour_n and_o a_o high_a privilege_n among_o the_o people_n of_o the_o world_n to_o be_v but_o a_o little_a adorn_v with_o earthly_a beauty_n or_o to_o have_v but_o a_o comely_a face_n garnish_v with_o a_o little_a natural_a brightness_n yea_o many_o time_n it_o be_v so_o high_o esteem_v and_o count_v such_o a_o rare_a privilege_n as_o it_o make_v many_o person_n proud_a and_o high-minded_a because_o of_o their_o earthly_a beauty_n and_o because_o of_o a_o comely_a face_n but_o alas_o this_o be_v nothing_o in_o comparison_n of_o that_o glory_n and_o beauty_n which_o the_o saint_n shall_v be_v adorn_v withal_o when_o they_o enjoy_v this_o heavenly_a kingdom_n this_o be_v not_o worthy_a to_o be_v name_v in_o comparison_n of_o that_o purity_n and_o comeliness_n which_o shall_v be_v the_o saint_n portion_n in_o their_o father_n kingdom_n they_o shall_v have_v great_a honour_n than_o to_o be_v adorn_v with_o earthly_a beauty_n and_o natural_a comeliness_n for_o they_o shall_v be_v adorn_v with_o heavenly_a beauty_n and_o clothe_v with_o celestial_a majesty_n yea_o they_o shall_v be_v equal_a unto_o the_o angel_n for_o splendour_n and_o like_v unto_o jesus_n christ_n for_o glory_n therefore_o say_v the_o apostle_n phil._n 3.20_o 21._o our_o conversation_n be_v in_o heaven_n from_o whence_o also_o we_o look_v for_o our_o saviour_n the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n who_o shall_v change_v our_o vile_a body_n that_o they_o may_v be_v fashionod_n like_a unto_o his_o glorious_a body_n according_a to_o the_o work_n whereby_o their_o worst_a society_n shall_v be_v heavenly_a spirit_n and_o indeed_o this_o be_v a_o privilege_n which_o be_v very_o acceptable_a and_o delightful_a unto_o god_n people_n and_o high_o esteem_v and_o much_o to_o be_v desire_v among_o good_a man_n now_o upon_o earth_n i_o mean_v godly_a society_n for_o indeed_o those_o that_o true_o fear_v god_n do_v count_v it_o a_o great_a privilege_n to_o enjoy_v the_o society_n of_o good_a people_n and_o will_v reckon_v it_o a_o great_a happiness_n to_o be_v whole_o and_o altogether_o free_v from_o evil_a company_n that_o they_o may_v always_o enjoy_v who_o be_v all_o my_o delight_n but_o now_o in_o this_o heavenly_a kingdom_n they_o shall_v not_o only_o have_v the_o society_n of_o saint_n and_o enjoy_v communion_n one_o with_o another_o without_o any_o mixture_n of_o evil_a but_o they_o shall_v also_o enjoy_v it_o with_o god_n and_o fellowship_n with_o jesus_n christ_n and_o have_v the_o society_n of_o bless_a and_o glorious_a angel_n therefore_o say_v the_o apostle_n heb._n 12.22_o 23._o you_o be_v come_v unto_o mount_n zion_n and_o unto_o the_o city_n of_o the_o live_a god_n the_o heavenly_a jerusalem_n and_o to_o a_o innumerable_a company_n of_o angel_n to_o the_o general_a assembly_n and_o church_n of_o the_o first-born_a and_o to_o god_n the_o judge_n of_o all_o and_o to_o the_o spirit_n of_o just_a man_n make_v lord_n be_v gracious_a bless_a be_v all_o they_o that_o put_v their_o trust_n in_o he_o thus_o have_v give_v you_o a_o discovery_n in_o some_o measure_n of_o that_o glory_n and_o happiness_n which_o be_v true_a that_o the_o people_n of_o god_n be_v a_o excellent_a people_n and_o that_o they_o be_v wonderful_a high_a in_o god_n esteem_n and_o if_o it_o be_v so_o that_o the_o people_n of_o god_n people_n and_o wonderful_a precious_a in_o god_n account_n and_o if_o it_o be_v true_a that_o the_o people_n of_o god_n shall_v be_v count_v worthy_a to_o dwell_v in_o his_o presence_n and_o behold_v his_o glory_n than_o it_o appear_v that_o the_o people_n of_o god_n be_v a_o honourable_a people_n and_o wonderful_a famous_a in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n though_o it_o may_v be_v they_o be_v much_o despise_v and_o trample_v under_o foot_n by_o the_o man_n of_o this_o world_n yet_o be_v it_o know_v unto_o all_o that_o there_o be_v none_o in_o the_o world_n so_o excellent_a as_o they_o and_o though_o they_o be_v much_o reproach_v and_o brand_v with_o shame_n by_o the_o man_n of_o the_o world_n yet_o of_o a_o truth_n there_o be_v none_o in_o the_o world_n so_o glorious_a as_o they_o and_o though_o they_o be_v count_v the_o filth_n and_o the_o offscouring_a of_o the_o world_n by_o ungodly_a people_n yet_o there_o be_v none_o in_o the_o world_n so_o honourable_a as_o they_o for_o pray_v consider_v the_o poor_a and_o mean_a of_o god_n people_n be_v prince_n of_o heaven_n and_o they_o that_o be_v most_o despise_v be_v now_o heir_n of_o a_o glorious_a kingdom_n and_o joint_a heir_n with_o jesus_n christ_n it_o be_v count_v a_o great_a honour_n and_o dignity_n among_o man_n to_o be_v a_o earthly_a prince_n or_o a_o heir_n to_o a_o earthly_a kingdom_n and_o he_o that_o be_v heir_n to_o a_o earthly_a crown_n be_v count_v a_o excellent_a person_n and_o worthy_a of_o honour_n and_o great_a respect_n but_o the_o mean_a of_o god_n people_n be_v far_o more_o excellent_a than_o he_o for_o they_o be_v all_o the_o son_n and_o daughter_n of_o the_o live_a god_n and_o heir_n with_o christ_n to_o a_o heavenly_a crown_n and_o kingdom_n and_o they_o be_v so_o lovely_a and_o honourable_a in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n as_o that_o he_o account_v they_o his_o jewel_n and_o esteem_v they_o his_o peculiar_a treasure_n and_o tender_v they_o as_o he_o tender_v the_o apple_n of_o his_o own_o eye_n this_o be_v such_o a_o honour_n and_o dignity_n as_o all_o the_o king_n on_o earth_n be_v not_o able_a to_o reach_v unto_o nor_o all_o the_o prince_n &_o great_a man_n under_o the_o sun_n be_v as_o do_v unto_o himself_o and_o when_o they_o villisie_n and_o abuse_v such_o as_o be_v godly_a they_o little_o think_v that_o they_o be_v a_o trample_n under_o foot_n the_o jewel_n of_o god_n and_o fight_v against_o the_o lord_n oh_o what_o enmity_n do_v such_o poor_a soul_n manifest_v against_o the_o god_n of_o heaven_n oh_o how_o contrary_a and_o opposite_a such_o person_n be_v to_o the_o live_a god_n for_o pray_v consider_v they_o hate_v they_o but_o god_n love_v they_o they_o reproach_n they_o but_o god_n honour_v they_o they_o abuse_v they_o but_o god_n vindicate_v they_o they_o afflict_v they_o but_o god_n comfort_v they_o they_o frown_v upon_o they_o &_o pronounce_v they_o curse_v but_o god_n smile_v upon_o they_o and_o proclaim_v they_o bless_v they_o rob_v and_o spoil_v they_o and_o endeavour_v to_o deprive_v they_o of_o their_o earthly_a be_v but_o god_n take_v care_n of_o they_o and_o satisfy_v their_o soul_n with_o his_o goodness_n and_o will_v one_o day_n crown_v they_o with_o a_o heavenly_a kingdom_n thus_o the_o persecutor_n of_o zion_n do_v set_v themselves_o against_o the_o lord_n and_o oppose_v the_o mighty_a god_n of_o jacob._n they_o count_v they_o glorious_a and_o honourable_a people_n but_o second_o 2._o it_o discover_v the_o happiness_n of_o god_n people_n the_o people_n of_o god_n be_v not_o only_o a_o excellent_a people_n but_o also_o a_o happy_a people_n for_o if_o it_o be_v so_o that_o the_o lord_n have_v prepare_v such_o a_o glorious_a kingdom_n for_o his_o people_n and_o account_v they_o worthy_a of_o such_o a_o bless_a reward_n oh_o then_o it_o must_v needs_o be_v true_a that_o the_o people_n of_o god_n be_v a_o happy_a people_n and_o wonderful_a high_a in_o the_o favour_n of_o god_n and_o if_o it_o be_v so_o that_o the_o people_n of_o god_n shall_v have_v fullness_n of_o joy_n and_o unspeakable_a glory_n in_o a_o kingdom_n eternal_a oh_o than_o it_o appear_v that_o the_o people_n of_o god_n be_v a_o bless_a people_n and_o mighty_o concern_v in_o the_o love_n of_o the_o lord_n there_o be_v no_o condition_n in_o the_o world_n can_v make_v they_o miserable_a they_o be_v always_o happy_a though_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o trouble_n they_o be_v always_o bless_v though_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o difficulty_n they_o be_v always_o rich_a though_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o poverty_n they_o be_v always_o satisfy_v though_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o hunger_n they_o have_v always_o enough_o to_o make_v they_o joyful_a though_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o sorrow_n they_o have_v always_o enough_o to_o comfort_v they_o though_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o discouragement_n they_o have_v always_o enough_o to_o support_v they_o though_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o weakness_n they_o be_v always_o at_o liberty_n though_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o bondage_n there_o be_v nothing_o in_o this_o world_n can_v harm_v they_o so_o long_o as_o they_o be_v follower_n of_o that_o which_o be_v good_a 1_o pet._n 3.13_o oh_o what_o a_o wonderful_a privilege_n be_v this_o for_o travel_a saint_n to_o enjoy_v for_o stranger_n and_o pilgrim_n to_o partake_v of_o before_o they_o come_v at_o their_o rest_n how_o do_v this_o exceed_o proclaim_v the_o happiness_n of_o god_n people_n and_o the_o bless_a condition_n of_o all_o those_o that_o belong_v to_o jesus_n christ_n oh_o how_o may_v this_o comfort_n and_o encourage_v the_o sorrowful_a heart_n of_o many_o suffer_a saint_n and_o bear_v up_o their_o soul_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o trial_n to_o consider_v that_o though_o the_o world_n be_v their_o enemy_n yet_o still_o the_o lord_n be_v their_o friend_n and_o though_o the_o world_n hate_v they_o yet_o still_o the_o lord_n love_v they_o and_o though_o they_o be_v deprive_v it_o may_v be_v from_o friend_n and_o relation_n yet_o still_o they_o have_v a_o interest_n in_o god_n and_o he_o be_v their_o father_n and_o he_o be_v able_a to_o make_v up_o the_o loss_n of_o any_o relation_n and_o though_o they_o may_v want_v earthly_a enjoyment_n and_o worldly_a possession_n yet_o still_o they_o be_v rich_a in_o promise_n and_o heir_n of_o a_o kingdom_n and_o the_o lord_n have_v prepare_v a_o everlasting_a portion_n for_o they_o therefore_o now_o these_o thing_n consider_v do_v exceed_o discover_v the_o happy_a condition_n of_o god_n people_n whilst_o they_o be_v here_o on_o earth_n in_o their_o pilgrim-state_n beside_o that_o forementioned_a glory_n prepare_v for_o they_o in_o heaven_n for_o those_o that_o can_v claim_v a_o interest_n in_o this_o heavenly_a portion_n be_v abundant_o happy_a and_o continual_o bless_v for_o its_o a_o excellent_a fountain_n full_a of_o spiritual_a refreshment_n and_o soul-satisfaction_n in_o the_o worst_a of_o trouble_n therefore_o you_o shall_v find_v that_o our_o saviour_n christ_n do_v abundant_o proclaim_v they_o bless_v under_o this_o very_a consideration_n mat._n 5._o bless_a be_v the_o poor_a in_o spirit_n for_o they_o be_v the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n bless_v be_v they_o that_o mourn_v for_o they_o shall_v be_v comfort_v blessed_n be_v the_o pure_a in_o heart_n for_o they_o shall_v see_v god_n bless_v be_v they_o which_o be_v persecute_v for_o righteousness_n sake_n for_o they_o be_v the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n bless_v be_v you_o when_o man_n shall_v revile_v you_o and_o say_v all_o manner_n of_o evil_n against_o you_o false_o for_o my_o sake_n for_o great_a be_v your_o reward_n in_o heaven_n so_o that_o it_o seem_v the_o consideration_n of_o their_o future_a reward_n in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n be_v that_o which_o proclaim_v they_o bless_v and_o happy_a now_o upon_o earth_n though_o in_o a_o mourn_a condition_n yet_o in_o a_o bless_a condition_n though_o in_o a_o persecute_a state_n yet_o in_o a_o bless_a state_n whatever_o their_o condition_n be_v yet_o they_o be_v bless_v because_o their_o reward_n be_v great_a in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n so_o that_o this_o be_v the_o second_o thing_n that_o i_o gather_v from_o this_o heavenly_a doctrine_n it_o inform_v we_o that_o the_o people_n of_o god_n be_v a_o bless_a and_o happy_a people_n thus_o much_o for_o the_o first_o use_v by_o way_n of_o discovery_n but_o second_o by_o way_n of_o examination_n 2._o use_v be_v it_o so_o that_o the_o lord_n have_v prepare_v a_o kingdom_n for_o his_o people_n then_o let_v we_o serious_o examine_v whether_o we_o have_v a_o interest_n in_o this_o kingdom_n or_o no_o let_v we_o search_v and_o try_v whether_o we_o have_v any_o thing_n to_o do_v with_o this_o heavenly_a portion_n or_o whether_o we_o have_v any_o share_n in_o this_o glorious_a reward_n or_o no_o for_o pray_v consider_v serious_o what_o will_v it_o profit_v we_o to_o hear_v of_o a_o glorious_a kingdom_n prepare_v for_o the_o saint_n if_o we_o have_v no_o part_n nor_o portion_n there_o or_o what_o will_v it_o benefit_v we_o to_o hear_v of_o the_o glory_n and_o happiness_n of_o saint_n in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n if_o it_o do_v not_o belong_v to_o we_o alas_o it_o will_v avail_v we_o nothing_o to_o hear_v of_o these_o thing_n nor_o to_o talk_v of_o these_o
