to_o come_v and_o help_v we_o and_o who_o come_v with_o the_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o generality_n of_o the_o minister_n which_o be_v all_o can_v be_v expect_v in_o such_o a_o break_a not_o the_o author_n try_v this_o in_o holland_n and_o with_o some_o of_o his_o proselyte_n have_v take_v the_o field_n and_o call_v away_o the_o people_n from_o the_o minister_n who_o be_v countenance_v by_o the_o magistrate_n to_o hear_v they_o who_o preach_v without_o and_o contrary_a to_o the_o magistrate_n order_n the_o people_n may_v have_v countenance_v the_o non-indulged_n and_o yet_o not_o desert_v the_o indulge_v for_o there_o be_v many_o other_o place_n beside_o indulge_v parish_n who_o desire_v the_o help_n of_o out_v minister_n and_o the_o countenance_n of_o the_o people_n who_o desert_v indulge_v minister_n do_v not_o continue_v towards_o the_o non-indulged_n who_o will_v not_o humour_v they_o in_o all_o thing_n and_o hold_v up_o their_o yea_n and_o nay_o and_o as_o soon_o as_o any_o of_o these_o out_v minister_n begin_v to_o signify_v their_o inclination_n to_o have_v the_o peaceable_a exercise_n of_o their_o ministry_n under_o the_o protection_n of_o lawful_a authority_n these_o people_n who_o measure_v minister_n faithfulness_n by_o their_o preach_a contrary_a to_o the_o magistrate_n will_v do_v cast_v at_o they_o as_o apostate_n this_o i_o more_o careless_a or_o learn_v the_o ground_n of_o religion_n and_o have_v little_a heart_n to_o any_o thing_n but_o these_o jangle_a debate_n which_o do_v not_o tend_v to_o edification_n but_o division_n and_o confusion_n and_o that_o they_o become_v more_o vain_a and_o self-conceited_a and_o censorious_a and_o some_o of_o they_o become_v great_a and_o manifest_a liar_n and_o calumniator_n
