be_v apparent_o a_o error_n for_o this_o decree_n do_v not_o abrogate_v nor_o nullify_v any_o other_o law_n former_o enforce_v further_o than_o where_o it_o be_v contrary_a to_o this_o now_o it_o be_v certain_a that_o 2._o s._n 9_o d._n in_o the_o pound_n be_v due_a by_o law_n in_o force_n before_o this_o decree_n viz._n by_o the_o award_n and_o proclamation_n in_o 25._o hen._n 8._o confirm_v by_o the_o nature_n of_o these_o payment_n be_v alter_v by_o this_o decree_n oblation_n be_v make_v tithe_n and_o though_o former_o the_o ordinary_a have_v power_n while_o they_o have_v the_o name_n of_o oblation_n yet_o now_o another_o judge_n be_v mention_v and_o the_o oblation_n become_v tithe_n the_o case_n be_v alter_v this_o be_v clear_o refute_v by_o the_o precedent_a history_n answer_n whereby_o it_o be_v manifest_a that_o neither_o the_o name_n nor_o the_o nature_n be_v alter_v by_o this_o decree_n the_o proclamation_n appoint_v 2._o s._n 9_o d._n to_o be_v pay_v for_o tithe_n and_o 2._o d._n at_o easter_n for_o oblation_n or_o offering_n so_o the_o award_n 25._o hen._n 8._o and_o so_o most_o of_o the_o precedent_a act_n style_v they_o tithe_n and_o long_o before_o not_o only_o this_o last_o decree_n but_o before_o 25._o hen._n 8._o yea_o before_o the_o time_n of_o henry_n 8._o the_o payment_n on_o several_a offer_v day_n be_v disuse_v and_o the_o whole_a pay_v in_o one_o or_o 4._o entire_a payment_n by_o the_o name_n of_o tithe_n and_o yet_o it_o be_v most_o certain_a that_o then_o the_o ordinary_a have_v this_o jurisdiction_n and_o that_o sole_o but_o it_o seem_v these_o two_o jurisdiction_n of_o the_o ordinary_a and_o lord_n major_n can_v both_o stand_n by_o the_o letter_n of_o the_o decree_n for_o by_o the_o decree_n object_n if_o any_o difference_n arise-upon_v complaint_n of_o the_o party_n grieve_v the_o major_n may_v make_v a_o end_n and_o force_v
