the_o say_a earl_n upon_o their_o impeachment_n not_o doubt_v but_o that_o your_o lordship_n do_v intend_v in_o all_o your_o proceed_n upon_o the_o impeachment_n to_o follow_v the_o usual_a course_n and_o method_n of_o parliament_n but_o the_o commons_o be_v not_o a_o little_a surprise_v by_o the_o message_n from_o your_o lordship_n deliver_v they_o on_o the_o seven_o of_o may_n thereby_o acquaint_v they_o that_o as_o well_o the_o lord_n spiritual_a as_o temporal_a have_v order_v that_o the_o ten_o of_o may_n instant_n shall_v be_v the_o day_n for_o hear_v the_o earl_n of_o danby_n to_o make_v good_a his_o plea_n of_o pardon_n and_o that_o on_o the_o thirteen_o of_o may_n the_o other_o five_o lord_n impeach_v shall_v be_v bring_v to_o their_o trial_n and_o that_o your_o consideration_n of_o this_o message_n the_o commons_o find_v that_o the_o admit_v the_o lord_n spiritual_a to_o exercise_v jurisdiction_n in_o these_o case_n be_v a_o alteration_n of_o the_o trial_n can_v not_o be_v adjust_v by_o conference_n betwixt_o the_o two_o house_n before_o the_o day_n so_o nominate_v and_o consequent_o the_o commons_o can_v not_o then_o proceed_v to_o trial_n unless_o the_o zeal_n which_o they_o have_v for_o speedy_a judgement_n against_o the_o earl_n of_o danby_n that_o so_o they_o may_v proceed_v to_o trial_n of_o the_o other_o five_o lord_n shall_v induce_v they_o at_o this_o juncture_n both_o to_o admit_v the_o enlargement_n of_o your_o lordship_n jurisdiction_n and_o to_o sit_v down_o under_o these_o or_o any_o hardship_n though_o with_o the_o hazard_n of_o all_o the_o commons_o power_n of_o impeach_v for_o time_n to_o come_v rather_o than_o the_o trial_n of_o the_o say_v five_o lord_n shall_v be_v defer_v for_o some_o short_a time_n whilst_o these_o matter_n may_v be_v agree_v on_o and_o settle_v for_o reconcile_a difference_n in_o these_o great_a and_o weighty_a matter_n and_o for_o save_v that_o time_n which_o will_v necessary_o have_v be_v spend_v in_o debate_n and_o conference_n betwixt_o the_o two_o house_n and_o so_o expedit_v the_o trial_n without_o give_v up_o the_o power_n of_o impeachment_n or_o render_v they_o ineffectual_a the_o commons_o think_v fit_a to_o propose_v to_o your_o lordship_n that_o a_o committee_n of_o both_o house_n may_v be_v appoint_v for_o this_o purpose_n at_o which_o committee_n when_o agree_v to_o by_o your_o lordship_n it_o be_v first_o propose_v that_o the_o time_n of_o trial_n of_o the_o lord_n in_o the_o tower_n shall_v be_v put_v off_o till_o the_o other_o matter_n be_v adjust_v and_o it_o be_v then_o agree_v that_o the_o proposition_n as_o to_o the_o time_n of_o the_o trial_n shall_v be_v the_o last_o thing_n consider_v and_o the_o effect_n of_o this_o agreement_n stand_v report_v upon_o your_o lordship_n book_n after_o which_o the_o commons_o communicate_v to_o your_o lordship_n by_o your_o committee_n a_o vote_n of_o they_o viz._n that_o the_o committee_n
