those_o wicked_a and_o evil_a dispose_v people_n and_o it_o be_v find_v by_o daily_a experience_n that_o under_o pretext_n of_o relieve_v the_o city_n they_o carry_v munition_n and_o other_o provision_n out_o to_o the_o rebel_n and_o much_o more_o relieve_v they_o then_o the_o city_n and_o by_o that_o mean_n give_v the_o rebel_n much_o more_o ready_a way_n to_o annoy_v and_o rob_v the_o city_n and_o that_o some_o seem_n to_o labour_n at_o the_o blow_n have_v their_o weapon_n hide_v near_o they_o and_o if_o any_o of_o the_o straggle_a soldier_n or_o other_o british_a or_o protestant_n venture_v to_o pass_v by_o they_o single_a or_o in_o weak_a party_n they_o assault_v and_o murder_v they_o and_o that_o from_o those_o part_n the_o lord_n justices_z and_o council_n or_o any_o
