the_o premise_n according_a to_o the_o tenor_n and_o effect_n of_o â—he_n say_v letter_n patent_n any_o matter_n or_o cause_n to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o and_o set_v forth_o likewise_o that_o by_o the_o colour_n of_o some_o word_n in_o the_o foresay_a branch_n of_o the_o say_a act_n whereby_o commissioner_n be_v authorise_a to_o execute_v their_o commission_n
