time_n in_o their_o idolatry_n heap_v up_o one_o abomination_n upon_o a_o other_o and_o now_o come_v to_o the_o sacrament_n not_o of_o their_o own_o accord_n but_o by_o the_o entreaty_n and_o hezekiahs_n prayer_n make_v for_o they_o the_o doctrine_n hence_o to_o be_v learn_v be_v that_o the_o sacrament_n worthy_o receive_v doct._n 5_o do_v heal_v and_o cure_v for_o whence_o come_v their_o heal_n in_o this_o place_n sacrament_n the_o virtue_n of_o the_o sacrament_n but_o from_o the_o virtue_n of_o the_o sacrament_n bless_v unto_o they_o at_o the_o earnest_a request_n of_o that_o holy_a king_n he_o tell_v we_o not_o the_o particular_a evil_n of_o which_o they_o be_v heal_v because_o we_o shall_v conceive_v that_o they_o be_v in_o a_o sort_n perfect_o and_o thorough_o cure_v of_o all_o first_o of_o the_o evil_n that_o be_v in_o their_o soul_n they_o be_v pardon_v their_o conscience_n quiet_v and_o their_o heart_n better_v so_o that_o they_o have_v a_o great_a dislike_n of_o their_o own_o corruption_n and_o of_o satan_n temptation_n and_o more_o power_n to_o withstand_v they_o and_o to_o overcome_v they_o then_o former_o they_o have_v then_o for_o outward_a evil_n if_o there_o be_v any_o sickness_n or_o weakness_n or_o any_o other_o cross_n or_o calamity_n upon_o they_o they_o have_v the_o same_o either_o quite_o remove_v or_o at_o least_o sweeten_v and_o sanctify_v unto_o they_o for_o their_o profit_n and_o comfort_n for_o this_o be_v the_o substance_n of_o the_o covenant_n whereof_o the_o sacrament_n be_v a_o seal_n make_v unto_o penitent_a person_n ezek._n guiltiness_n then_o must_v he_o needs_o acknowledge_v that_o he_o be_v just_o and_o equal_o deal_v with_o when_o punishment_n be_v inflict_v upon_o he_o this_o be_v for_o our_o imitation_n that_o if_o we_o will_v have_v any_o party_n set_v down_o and_o humble_v for_o his_o sin_n we_o shall_v endeavour_v in_o the_o quiet_a and_o best_a manner_n to_o convince_v he_o of_o his_o fault_n use_v as_o hard_a argument_n as_o we_o will_v for_o so_o the_o lord_n do_v but_o withal_o look_v that_o we_o use_v soft_a speech_n for_o that_o be_v the_o way_n to_o make_v man_n think_v hardly_o of_o themselves_o whereas_o the_o contrary_a will_v cause_v they_o to_o think_v hardly_o of_o us._n and_o here_o be_v such_o to_o be_v blame_v as_o when_o any_o thing_n be_v distrustful_a unto_o they_o be_v present_o hot_a and_o boisterous_a and_o loud_a and_o cry_v and_o so_o rather_o hurt_v the_o ear_n by_o the_o loudness_n of_o their_o voice_n then_o help_v the_o heart_n by_o the_o force_n of_o their_o reproof_n whence_o arise_v these_o two_o inconvenience_n first_o that_o the_o party_n look_v not_o so_o much_o to_o his_o own_o fail_v as_o to_o their_o passion_n and_o second_o as_o he_o be_v unconuince_v so_o they_o be_v not_o esteem_v but_o though_o they_o have_v the_o right_n on_o their_o side_n yet_o they_o lose_v the_o due_a regard_n of_o their_o cause_n &_o reverence_n of_o their_o person_n and_o therefore_o the_o apostle_n tell_v timothy_n that_o the_o servant_n of_o god_n must_v not_o strive_v but_o must_v be_v gentle_a towards_o all_o man_n he_o must_v not_o be_v clamorous_a rather_o argue_v his_o body_n to_o be_v transubstantiate_v into_o bread_n or_o flesh_n than_o bread_n to_o be_v change_v into_o his_o body_n second_o use_v 2_o as_o this_o serve_v for_o the_o confutation_n of_o they_o that_o hold_v there_o be_v no_o bread_n at_o all_o in_o the_o lord_n supper_n so_o it_o make_v against_o such_o as_o think_v there_o be_v nothing_o but_o bread_n to_o be_v expect_v there_o that_o we_o be_v to_o receive_v only_o the_o outward_a sign_n in_o a_o bare_a remembrance_n of_o christ_n his_o death_n and_o passion_n and_o so_o do_v they_o deprave_v the_o and_o with_o paint_a meat_n in_o stead_n of_o better_a cheer_n 1_o ester_n 1_o it_o will_v have_v be_v a_o great_a disgrace_n for_o ahashuerosh_n to_o have_v deal_v so_o when_o he_o call_v all_o his_o prince_n to_o a_o banquet_n and_o therefore_o they_o be_v just_o to_o be_v reprove_v that_o esteem_v so_o base_o of_o this_o holy_a feast_n see_v god_n offer_v and_o exhibit_v true_o though_o not_o corporal_o his_o own_o son_n with_o all_o his_o precious_a merit_n to_o every_o faithful_a receiver_n so_o that_o every_o guest_n at_o his_o table_n may_v true_o be_v say_v to_o feed_v on_o christ_n jesus_n three_o use_v 3_o this_o be_v for_o instruction_n that_o see_v by_o this_o sacrament_n we_o may_v be_v so_o near_o unite_v unto_o christ_n we_o shall_v come_v with_o a_o large_a expectation_n of_o receive_v good_a from_o the_o same_o and_o therefore_o make_v preparation_n for_o the_o same_o according_o that_o so_o we_o may_v not_o come_v unworthy_o lest_o we_o receive_v judgement_n in_o stead_n of_o mercy_n four_o here_o be_v another_o instruction_n that_o when_o we_o come_v to_o this_o celestial_a feast_n we_o fall_v to_o it_o and_o feed_v of_o it_o as_o christ_n bid_v we_o take_v and_o eat_v let_v we_o set_v our_o eye_n our_o ear_n our_o taste_n yea_o and_o our_o heart_n also_o a-work_o with_o all_o serious_a meditation_n to_o make_v use_n of_o those_o heavenly_a mystery_n and_o when_o we_o see_v the_o bread_n break_v let_v we_o bold_o conclude_v christ_n be_v break_v for_o i_o and_o therefore_o i_o shall_v escape_v the_o break_n which_o i_o have_v deserve_v and_o when_o the_o bread_n be_v give_v unto_o we_o let_v we_o resolve_v christ_n with_o all_o his_o benefit_n be_v bestow_v upon_o i_o and_o when_o we_o eat_v the_o bread_n let_v we_o assure_v our_o soul_n of_o this_o christ_n be_v make_v unto_o i_o the_o true_a bread_n whereby_o my_o soul_n shall_v be_v nourish_v unto_o life_n eternal_a this_o be_v the_o ear_n that_o the_o lord_n require_v and_o accept_v and_o thus_o do_v we_o shall_v show_v that_o there_o be_v mutual_a love_n and_o kindness_n betwixt_o he_o and_o we_o which_o be_v a_o thing_n well_o please_v unto_o he_o and_o therefore_o he_o exhort_v all_o his_o servant_n say_v eat_v o_o friend_n drink_n and_o make_v you_o merry_a 5.1_o cant._n 5.1_o o_o well-beloved_a none_o but_o those_o that_o be_v friend_n can_v eat_v of_o his_o the_o feel_n of_o his_o love_n unto_o we_o and_o be_v assure_v of_o our_o love_n towards_o he_o let_v we_o refresh_v our_o soul_n at_o this_o banquet_n and_o not_o let_v our_o saviour_n be_v at_o cost_n in_o vain_a in_o make_v so_o good_a and_o so_o large_a
